Benue Links General Manager Leads Shitile Youths To Congratulate Tor Sankera II And Ter Katsina-Ala

The General Manager of Benue Links Nigeria Limited, Comrade Alexander Aondohemba Fanafa KSM MNIM, on Tuesday, 18th March 2025, led a delegation of Shitile Youths resident in Makurdi to pay a congratulatory visit to the newly coronated Tor Sankera II, HRH Chief David Sevav, at his residence in Makurdi, Benue State.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Comrade Fanafa congratulated HRH Chief David Sevav on his election and coronation, describing his emergence as Tor Sankera II as a timely and well-deserved choice. He praised the monarch’s leadership qualities, dedication, amiable disposition, and dynamic nature, affirming that his reign would bring renewed peace, security, and development to Sankera Kingdom.

Comrade Fanafa also pledged the unwavering loyalty and support of the Shitile Youths, assuring that they would work closely with the Tor to ensure the successful implementation of his initiatives.

In response, HRH Chief David Sevav, who had just returned from his coronation ceremony in Gboko, warmly received the delegation and offered them royal blessings.

Similarly, on Monday, 17th March 2025, Comrade Fanafa led the same delegation to visit the Ter Katsina-Ala, HRH Chief Simon Gbakaan Tativ, at his residence in Makurdi.

During the visit, the delegation commended the kingmakers’ decision in choosing Chief Tativ, highlighting his remarkable leadership track record and commitment to development. They congratulated him on his unopposed election and pledged their full support for his reign.

The Shitile Youths also expressed optimism that Chief Tativ’s leadership would usher in peace, progress, and security for the people of Katsina-Ala and Sankera as a whole, who have suffered from prolonged attacks and destruction of lives and properties.

In his remarks, Chief Tativ assured the delegation of his commitment to eradicating discrimination and insecurity in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area. He promised to collaborate with traditional rulers, political leaders, religious groups, elites, and youth organizations to address grievances and foster unity and development in the region.
