Benue Links Nigeria Limited Receives Newly Posted DPO Of E-Division, Wurukum

The management of Benue Links Nigeria Limited on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, received CSP A.A. Ibrahim, the newly posted Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of E-Division, Akpehe, Wurukum, at the company’s headquarters in Makurdi, Benue State.

During the visit, CSP Ibrahim informed the management about the recent change in leadership at the E-Division Police Station. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between security agencies and key stakeholders like Benue Links, particularly in ensuring security within the park and Wurukum at large.

Responding on behalf of the management, the General Manager, Comrade Alexander Aondohemba Fanafa KSM MNIM, appreciated the new DPO for the visit. He assured him of the company’s commitment to supporting security efforts aimed at eliminating crime in and around the park. The General Manager also urged the DPO to increase surveillance in Wurukum, especially during the early hours of the morning, to enhance safety for commuters and businesses.

Following the meeting, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of Benue Links Nigeria Limited, Chief Simon Avar , led CSP Ibrahim who was accompanied by Inspector Raphael Adagher ,the Station officer of E-Division, on a familiarization tour of the park.
