The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-rufai has established and inaugurated an agency christened Kaduna State Traffic And Environmental Laws Enforcement Agency, with the acronyms KASTELEA.
The newly created agency has already recruited over 2500 youths as the agency corps in Kaduna State and well equipped with security vans, motorcycles, towing vans and others.
