Mrs. Olufunke Omotuyi, the acting Registrar, Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) has been murdered in cold blood earlier today at her Apo residence in Abuja by some gunmen suspected to be hired assassins

Omotuyi who was due for retirement from public service next month was killed at bout 4:00am today, LIB reports
