Report from the ongoing gubernatorial election in Ondo State has it the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC's Card Reader has just failed to capture the data of Governor Olusegun Mimiko.
According to source, the malfunction happened at ward 7, unit 21 in Ondo West where Mimiko is to cast his vote.
The Governor was later made to go through the manual accreditation before he eventually cast his vote.
