With the drum of war sounding around the nook and cranny of the state , Mr President must do everything to avoid the repeat of 1983 political crisis in the State by overseeing a purely free and fair election that will be acceptable to all political parties and Stakeholders. 

Mr President must call all parties in the forthcoming election to order and warn all the desperate politicians around him of the need to sustain and strengthen democracy in Nigeria. The  INEC,security operatives and other agencies participating in the conduct of the election must be seen to be transparent and fair to all.
