Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State heart may have been broken again as the Court of Appeal, Abuja division, on Friday adjourned indefinitely the appeal of factional candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in November 26 governorship election Ondo State, Eyitayo Jegede.
Mimiko, his stooge Jegede and supporters are expecting favourable judgement from the appelate court
But the Justice Ibrahim Saulawa-led panel explained that it took the decision to adjourn “sine die” (indefinitely) to wait for the decision of the Supreme Court on interlocutory appeal filed by the respondents.
