Who Say Change Has Not Come, By Okoi Obono Obla
This is the change that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has ushered in the Country by arraignment of a Justice of the Supreme Court who is alleged to have infringed the Law!

Before the coming into power of President Muhammadu Buhari’s government corruption, impunity and lawlessness has been rife in this country so much that Transparency International conservatively rated this country as one of the most corrupt counties in the world!

Let justice be done even if heavens shall fall! Everybody now should know that in this country under the rein of President Buhari nobody, no matter how wealthy, influential or powerful is, is above the Law!

We must therefore change from our usual way of doing things now or otherwise the long arms of the Law will catch with us! The arraignment of a Justice of the Supreme Court is unprecedented in the history of this country!

Yesterday, Honourable Justice Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta of the Supreme Court was arraigned before the Federal High Court, Abuja on allegations of money laundering, abuse of office and illegal possession of multiple passports.

It has never happened in the annals of history of this country that a big man, a Justice of the Supreme Court will be arrested and tried!

Only a President with the moral authority, character, integrity and rectitude of a President Buhari can manifest such a political will never seen in this country to rein in members of the political elite, business elites that across the line.

It is as clear as the crystal that this regime has shown that there are no more sacred cows again in this country.

It is a manifestation of the present regime to cleanse the Augean Stable! The message and signal is quite clear no matter how big you are regarded if you break the law you will call into account.

In this country, only the poor, the underprivileged, the dispossessed and those in the fringe of society who obey the law. But this trend has changed with the coming into power of President Buhari.
