UNIMAGINABLY, The price of 50kg bag of rice REPORTEDLY crashed to N800 from N30,000 ahead of the visit of the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to Lagos state, a facebook user, Liberty Badmus says

According to  Badmus the crash in the price of rice preceded the visit of the Acting President, Osinbajo

In the facebook post, Badmus posted saying: "Are you in Lagos? Rush down to Ebute Metta @ Oyingbo near First Bank where a 50kg bag of rice is sold for just N8,000."N8,000."

In the photos posted in Badmus post, a sign post indicating rice being sold at N8000 at the market.
It is unclear may be the sale is a kind of bonanza as rice is still being sold in many markets across Lagos at an exorbitant price.
