Mrs. Wasilat Obanikoro, mother of former minister of state for defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, is dead, her son said.
The former Minister is series of tweets on his Twitter handle @MObanikoro said in an SMS on Saturday morning that his mother died in the early hours at the age of 95.

She was said to have been ill for a few weeks before passing on at her residence in Isale-Eko, Lagos.
The former petty trader would be buried at 3:00 p.m. at Ikoyi Cemetery, Lagos, in accordance with the dictates of Islam, which she practised until her demise, her son said.
