The Nigeria Football Supporters Club has declared its readiness to help the Super Eagles overcome Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the 2019 AFCON qualifying match coming up Saturday in Uyo.
Speaking with the press in his office, the National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club, Rev. Samuel Ikpea, said the club perfected its strategies to ensure that Super Eagles triumph in the game.
"We are storming Uyo in large numbers to support and cheer the team victory, " he stated.
" All our members from across all the states chapters would storm Uyo. Remember, we are the 12th player for the national team. Thus, it would be non stop dancing and singing in Uyo on Saturday, " the soft-spoken administrator added.
" We have also composed new melodious songs that would inspire our boys to victory. And you also know that whenever we sing songs like 'jisike noru' our boys are always fired up to deliver victory. "
Speaking further, he admonished the authorities and security agencies to be alert to threats to lives and properties at the match venue.
