A year after he was rescued from bondagea, Korede Francis has appeared in a picture looking hale and hearty.

Francis had been chained and starved by his cleric father, who accused him of being ‘possessed by the spirit of stealing’.

He was, however, rescued by officers attached to Ogun State Police Command, Onipanu division and subsequently adopted by the wife of the state governor, Mrs Olufunso Amosun.

The boy is no longer recognisable as he looks well taken care of after his rescue and adoption.

A Facebook user, Femi Salako posted the recent photo with praises for the first lady.

This is Korede Francis 9-years-old of 201[6] and the current Korede Francis 10-year-old of today. The boy who was chained on his neck to die by his biological father at a Celestial Church in Ado Odo Ota Ogun State.
