The cable satellite television giant, the DSTV has kickstarted what could be described as a quasi-pay-as-you-view plan for its numerous subscribers in Nigeria.
DSTV in a Facebook post yesterday shared that subscribers can now suspend their account for two weeks while holidaying.
This is coming barely three weeks when a rivalry digital television, TSTV debuted in Nigeria. The TSTV stormed the Nigeria market with pay-as-you-view payment subscription. The subscription plan that may force many Nigerians to dump the DSTV for The TSTV
It, however, said for any subscriber to suspend it account, which must not be more than two weeks, he or she must have;
- A scanned copy of customer’s ID card,
- Duration for suspension (between 7-14 days)
- Minimum of 7 days credit in account by date of disconnection
