Professor Chinua Achebe (of blessed memory) once said that: "One of the truest tests of integrity is its blunt refusal to be compromised".
Throughout her "political navigations", Hon Mrs Dorothy Mato has stood by the truth and refused to be distracted. Her equanimity in all the challenges she has faced has made her unfailing courtesy and forbearance under those circumstances to remain unshaken.
Hon Teryila Ugba whose unreserved support for her right from the start of this struggle to this point made her a redoubtable woman in the face of the waves of politics. I appreciate him for standing by her even in her darkest moments in politics.
Once again, the news of her swearing-in on October 3, 2017 made many of those from Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal constituency including others to cavort and carouse. They are all excited and have already projected themselves into "the new dawn" of her leadership as member
representing Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal constituency.
Her propensity to good leadership, her solicitous nature towards others,her probity and accountability have made her to be a prudent leader that will make potent impact on the transformation of not just
Vandeikya and Konshisha but Benue State at large.
With her on the wheel of leadership, a new dawn has begun for her and us all. It is our fervent prayers that the Almighty God will give her His unfailing grace to represent us well and be the kind of
representative that will unearth the ripple of excitement in Vandeikya/Konshisha federal constituency through life-changing representation.
