A renown sport journaly and one of New Proof's sports reporter, Mr. Akeem Busari was earlier today robbed in Lagos.
According to him, he boarded the bus from Ikeja to Lagos Island after a television sports show discussion (Sport Slash) at Lagos Television, Agidingbi in Ikeja, not knowing the bus was robbers's bus popularly called 'one chance'.
He said the robbers, who are barely young men were only interested in money. Those who were not with cash were beaten mercilessly to pulp. As for him, he said he gently handed them all cash with him and he was spared from the thorough beaten.
"I am still in shock and awe at the audacity of these 'very young' robbers.
Hmmmmm.. Thank God na only money dem collect.. Alhamdulilai!!!!", he said
