A viral video trending on social media has revealed how boxes of dollars were found locked in Red Cross boxes in two cold rooms.

According to a Twitter user, 8-Rufai 4 Kaduna @elrufai4kaduna, believed to be working for the Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufa's reelection in 2019, the Red Cross boxes containing the United States's dollar was discovered in a cold room allegedly owned by a certain unnamed chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
