Babátúndé Fowler, the chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service has been relieved of his job by President Muhammadu Buhari. 

In his stead, the President has appointed Muhammad Nami to replace Fowler

Fowler is believed to be a close ally of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, The National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
