Under Ifere Paul leadership, Yakurr Area Council be prepared to gradually move away from old methods of keeping records by paper documentation to fully digital/ computerized data storage capability. And the benefits to this new direction are enormous. It therefore means no more lost records do to fire, rain water, flooding, or other naturally occurring damage.

Even small business owners of private schools, clinic's or hospitals, and other such service providers can take advantage on this potential policy formulation and implementation which through some incentivizing processes can help these establishments to drive efficiency, transparency and accuracy in accountability to the public good.

Our Public service institutions in Yakurr will be of tremendous benefit to such computerized data policy, making access becoming easily available to records already in place. Ifere recognize the fear factor of some toward this direction of computerization, however, training will be a component factor to all working within the Yakurr workforce and organizational structures.

Citizens don't have to suffer anymore abuse from something as little as lost of record documents in such things like immunization records, birth certificates, school information records and more, when one can easily approach issuing institutions for a reasonable accommodative fee and can obtain personal digitally stored records.

We should be reminded this is part of a large comprehensive Health Care Reform process which Ifere want to see enacted in Yakurr as Chairman. Upon our discussion, Ifere want us to have at least 50 beds highly equipped hospital that will have at minimum best, 5 dialysis machine running by his solar energy-efficient system of electricity generation policy for Yakurr LGA.

This will be a move to toward Cobbing out inefficiencies, lack of accountability and transparency, fraud, abuse, and waste in timely delivery to services for our people. And without any doubts, this policy is a potentially income revenue generating policy that will see to money coming into the Yakurr Local Government Account.
