Governor Nasir El-rufa was spotted among Kaduna State Standing Committee on COVID-19 during monitoring tour to access level of compliance of motorists, resident over coronavirus pandemic.
The governor personally claimed a truck to see the occupiers and other things it was conveyin himself.
