Stay safe - Sesi Whingan urges students at schools' resumption as his Foundation distributes facemasks

The founder of Sesi Whingan Foundation, Mr. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan has urged students across Badagry to ensure they stay safe and take responsibility to prevent further spread of  the global pandemic, the covid-19 as schools have reopened for a new academic calendar in Lagos State

The  young philanthropist made the call in a Press Statement made available to News Proof on the 22nd September 2020. This is as his foundation, the Sesi Whingan Foundation also distributed over 1000 facemasks to students and teachers of some secondary school in Badagry. 

The generous young business mugul urged students, teachers and other staff in various schools across Badagry to ensure they maintain social distancing, regular hands watching and using of facemasks within and outside the school premises as a measure to limit the spread of Covid-19. 

He said; "we're are glad the pandemic is gradually fading off, but that is not to say we should not continue to observe and maintain social distancing, regular hands watching and usage of facemasks, as the fight against coronavirus still lingers on. As you do these, I also urge you to study harder to attain academic excellence", the statement read in part.

Meanwhile, his foundation, the Sesi Whingan Foundation has distributed over 1000 facemasks to students, teachers and other members of the none academic staff in Ikoga Junior and Senior secondary Schools in Badagry. The distribution is part of the foundation's contribution to the fight to eliminate the spread of Covid-19 in the area. 

The distribution led by one of the foundation's pioneer leader, Prince Awhanbe Jesuyon Sunday, was also done with public enlightenment. Students, teachers and others within the schools were urged to take responsibility by maintaining social distancing, regular hands watching or usage of hand sanitizer, and facemasks wearing.
