AMNESTY : Don't demoralizes Urhobo Ex-agitators, Third phase Leaders tells Dikio, Says amnesty didn't belongs to Only Ijaws

The Presidential Amnesty(PA) 3rd Phase wordlords and it's  National Chairman , General Onoriode   Darlington Diyo and others leaders has frowned at Mr milland Dikio the interim coordinator of the amnesty programme appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, to stop for deprived Urhobo Ex-agitators Third phase Leaders from the amnesty activities, expressing, amnesty didn't belongs to only Ijaws tribe

Diyo who disclosed this to newsmen shortly after their new year meeting held at Warri Delta State, when reactiing to Dikio ill-treatment manners for denied the Ex-agitators, during recent Economic summit program  organized without including the Urhobo Ex-agitators. 

Lamenting, 'Urhobo Ex-agitators in  Third phase on the Presidential Amnesty Program PAP has numbers of over 600 persons inclusion  in the program and non was attended in the Economic Summit"

According to him, He said,

" Since the 2009 Presidential  Amnesty PA was established  by the federal government during the tenure of the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. It is focused on the disarmament, demobilisation, and reintegration (DDR) of ex-militants in the Niger Delta region and  Urhobo Ex-agitators in  Third phase  has been demoralized in so many areas in amnesty activities",

He said, "the third Phase amnesty, (  has over 600 Urhobo Ex-miltants in the third phase and they are being treated as foreigners and second classes person's in the system"

In a statement further issued on Tuesday yesterday, Gen Onoriode Diyo,   National Chairman, said: "The amnesty boss call for one day Economics Summit Program  which take place on the 15th  December in Delta state, in this one day Economics summit program the third phase of amnesty was ask to come with thirty people",

Noting, "The thirty Ex-agitators attendance of the Thirdphase amnesty no Urhobo Ex-agitators persons was  among the attendance of that Economics Summit program" 

He urges amnesty boss Dikio to address this issues not turns the program into one tribe amnesty, while describing the unmannered of amnesty coordinator Dikio as an unconstitutional and injustice to us the Urhobo's Ex-agitators", saying, " the amnesty is made up of the Niger Delta tribal region, not only Ijaws tribe youths, He therefore admonished the amnesty boss should desist from the nonsense administrator and stop this one tribal system of operation not to cause problem in the Niger regions, he stated.
