The Mount Saint Gabriel's Old Boys Association, MSGOBA, Saturday honoured an Abuja based businessman and philanthropist, Dr. Peter Adejoh at the 25th anniversary of the class of 1997.

The event which was held at Hallydays Hotels and Resort in Makurdi saw Adejoh scoop home the Distinguished Merit Award for Entrepreneurial Achievements.
Presenting the award to the business mogul, the National President of MSGOBA , Mr Cephas Avishigh commended Dr. Adejoh for his giant strides in the Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial Services and Fintech sectors of the economy.
He described Dr. Adejoh, a vast employer of labour as one of the shining lights of MSGOBA, whose quest for job creation and empowerment deserves encouragement and commendation.
In his response, Dr. Adejoh commended MSGOBA Set 97 for the honour, saying, it will charge him to do more.
He specially appreciated the Central Planning Committee of the 25th anniversary celebration headed by Mr. Clement Nenger Beetseh for the honour and for ensuring a successful outing.
He also thanked some teachers who taught set 97 for making out time to celebrate with them and prayed that God will continue to strengthen them.
Earlier, a novelty match between Set 97 of MSGOBA and Set 2001 played at the football field of Mount Saint Gabriel's Secondary School Makurdi ended 1-1 with Dr.Adejoh scoring the only goal for his set.
Thereafter, they proceeded to the graveside of their Principal, Late Very Rev. Fr. Angus George Fraser for a moment of silent prayers in his loving memory.
Other members of MSGOBA honoured includes: Prof. Kohol Iornem (Academic Achievements), Chief Ofoegbu Cyril, Ph.D (Academic Achievements), Rev. Fr. Vealumun Paul Ansbert Mom (Humanitarian Work), Prof. Solomon Oduma (Academic Achievements), Enrg. Usman Mohammed (Entrepreneurial Achievements) and Prof. Lawrence Udeigwe (Academic Achievements).
