2023: Layode led ICG begins campaign for Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu, others in Badagry

A four-time Lagos State House of Assembly member, Honourable Olanrewaju Ibrahim Layode-led Independent Campaign Group, ICG has concluded plan to kickstart 2023 campaigns for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC; Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and all candidates of the party in Badagry. 

According to a statement released by the group's media directorate, the group has put all in place to kickstart aggressive campaigns for all the candidates of the APC in the three councils in Badagry.

As the 2023 general elections gathers momentum, It is no longer news that Hon. Olanrewaju Ibrahim Layode (OIL),  alonside other notable political leaders in Badagry, has established an Independent Campaign Group, ICG in Badagry to support the victory of APC, come 2023. 

One of the ranking members of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Olanrewaju Ibrahim Layode, who is the Director-General of the ICG, is to lead and coordinate independent campaigns in the 3 councils in Badagry; the Badagry Local Government, Olorunda and Badagry West LCDAs. At the moment, all mechanisms have been institutionalized to fire the campaign massively.

The ICG is a state-wide campaign organization under the auspices of All Progressives Congress, APC, saddled to independently champion the 2023 presidential, governorship, and other national and state assembly elections in all the 20 local overnments areas and 37 local council development areas in Lagos State.

The campaign group, which is fully operational, will vigorously embark on grassroots campaigns for the success of our national leader and presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the Governor of Lagos State seeking reelection after a meritorious first term, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu; the Senatorial, House of Representatives and State Assembly candidates in Lagos State.

The ICG, under the leadership of Hon. Olanrewaju Ibrahim Layode (OIL 88) and APC party leadership in Badagry will officially LAUNCH the ABAT-BOS ICG and its executives in matter of days.
