Group faults Amnesty former Boss over Non Beneficiaries Ex-Agitators entitlements,cautions Ex- Militants N/ Delta Niger to distance themselves from Akpodoro

The Presidential Amnesty(PA) 3rd Phase warlords and its National Chairman, General Onoriode  Darlington Diyo and other leaders have berated  Mr Milland Dikio the interim Coordinator of the Amnesty Programme for dening genuine beneficiary  ex-agitators entitlements.

Diyo who disclosed this to newsmen shortly after their emergency meeting held at Warri, Delta State, when reactiing to Dikio ill-treatment manners for  the ex-agitators who are officially documented for the presidential Amnesty program PAP. He alleges, "Amnesty office is conniving with Israel Akpodoro to fraud the system by denying rightful beneficiaries of the Amnesty Programme and the federal government.

The human right activist Gen. Onoriode  Diyo make it clear  that, "one sagbamiye Nelson, Augustine Sapele and others who summited arms together with  Israel Akpodoro under the Emomomi Camp who were gazetted, with proves of an ID card, certificate and account was opened for them with United Bank for Africa and they are receiving their  stipend or salary as the rightful beneficiaries of the Amnesty programme".

Diyo said,  "this strange acts and injustice, the warlord said a lot of petition have be sent to the Amnesty office about this subject matter, but the office refused to act because the amnesty office is conniving with Israel Akpodoro to fraud the rightful beneficiaries of ex-militants.

"It is focused on the disarmament, demobilisation, and reintegration (DDR) of ex-militant, for the real ex-militants", he said.

He urges amnesty boss Dikio to address this issues and not turn the programme into frustrating amnesty, while describing the unproductiveness of amnesty coordinator Dikio as unwanted and injustice to them the genuine ex-agitators",

Diyo said, "to make the record clear categorically , Gen. Israel Akpodoro is a frustrated fraudster who involved in criminal activities in the Amnesty programme, alleged, he don't have any rights to tell the federal government who pipeline security contracts should be awarded to".

He  said, "a Israel Akpodoro who went to open fake account with United Bank for Africa UBA to defraud the federal government and the Amnesty Office to remove the names of the rightful beneficiaries of the amnesty which was gazetted, accounts was opened for them and provided identity cards given to them, abandoned the renewed ex-agitators who were receiving their stipend and connive to remove the names of rightful people "noting that, all the evidence are with us as I speak with you"

Adding , "the  pipeline security contracts awarded  to partners with Tompolo Government agencies to the Deputy Senate President in conjunction with his brother Mr Jimmy  Agege is in save hand because the senator Omo-Agege is a trusted son of urhobo and isoko , and that, the so called Akpodoro didn't have credibility to ask Senate Deputy President who to award the pipeline surveillance contract to handle."

He cautioned Urhobo Isoko, and Nigerians at large not to associate with this frustrated fraudster, Akpodoro Israel. He stated.
