BREAKING: Labour Party Chairman, PDP members in Badagry Join APC, Pledge Total Support for Sesi

Comrade Akingbade Marvelous, ward chairman of the Labour Party in Ikoga-Zebbe, has joined the All Progressives Congress.

Mr. Marvelous was the LP's immediate past former Local Government Chairman. He joined the APC with some members of his party and PDP members yesterday, February 8, 2023, at the ward's core leaders meeting.

During their APC reception, Marvelous expressed his and his colleagues' excitement at finally joining the Progressive family. He stated that their decision to join the APC was influenced by the quality of the APC House of Representatives candidate, Prince Hon Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan.

Chief Hunpe Whedeyon Samuel, the APC Ikoga ward chairman, welcomed them into the party and praised their bravery. As they switched parties, he promised them strong and fair treatment.

Other opposition party members who have defected to the APC include Ashade Sunday, Isreal Matthew, Dickson Fidelis, and Joseph Aina, among others.
