A media analyst, Mallam Abubakar yusuf has appealed to the President Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to appoint the former APC National Woman Leader, Hajia Salamatu Baiwa Umar-Eluma as one of the cabinet Ministers in his administration.
He made this assertion and observation on the basis of the unalloyed supports and part of the success story of the party in the last election owing to her versed experience.
The former National Woman Leader is the only woman leader in Nigeria that had not attained the position of a Minister like her previous counterparts in the previous administration.
He appealed to the President Elect, Ahmed Bola Tinubu to consider all criteria in the appointment of Hajia Salamatu Baiwa Umar-Eluma as one of her ministers in the next dispensation.
"There is need to take cognisance of both state and geopolitical zones to ensure Hajia Salamatu Baiwa Umar-Eluma becomes the next cabinet Minister in the next dispensation."
He described Hajia Salamatu Baiwa as a loyal party woman with versed experience and knowledge in the private and public service, including top political positions in the country.
Yusuf urged the president elect to consider merit and hardwork to determine those to form his cabinet,so as to kick the ground running.
