The member-elect of the 10th National Assembly to represent Badagry Federal Constituency, Hon. Prince Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan, has described Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the newly appointed Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as a "valuable asset" to Nigeria.
The young politician made the pronouncement in a social media post he shared earlier today, June 6, 2023, where he said he made a congratulatory visit to the outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Sesi said during the visit to the Chief of Staff, he took the opportunity to engage him in one-on-one conversation and was quick to conclude that the 10th National Assembly will greatly miss the outgoing Speaker.
His words:
"I paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Chief of Staff to the President and outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, on June 5, 2023."
"During my visit, Rt Hon Femi Gbajabiamila shared valuable insights on his years as a lawmaker and challenges he overcame to during his time to emerge the Speaker of the 9th Assembly. I was thrilled by his administrative accumen and intellectual prowess. Particularly, I was inspired by the sacrifices he has made in service to Nigeria."
"Our conversations were fruitful. He is without a doubt a valuable asset to the country and the President Tinubu administration could not have made a better choice for CoS. I am quick to conclude that the 10th National Assembly will greatly miss him."
