It was a double honor for Amb. Olakunle Moses Johnson, the national secretary of the Market Traders Association of Nigeria, MATAN, as he bagged a Doctorate Degree in Peace and Conflict Management (PhD) from the prestigious Freedom University & Theological Seminary, Pottstown, PA, USA, the African Campus (Educational ARM) Council of Bishops and Pastors Freedom, Worldwide, and an Excellent Award as Grand Commander and Change-maker by Country Multy-racial Church International (CMCI), Abuja.
Dr. Olakunle Johnson, who is also the Project Steering Committee Chairman of the VAT Direct Initiative of MATAN and the Federal Inland Revenue Service, expressed delight as he received his PhD certificate from the University's authority in Abuja.
During the presentation of the Excellent Award as the Grand Commander and Change-maker, the presiding pastor and General Overseer of the church, Pastor Bobola Ibitoye, said the church decided to give the award to Amb. Olakunle Johnson (now Doctor, PhD) considering his contributions to the service of God, national development, and service to humanity. He, however, urged Amb. Kunle to continue his service to God and mankind.
Speaking at the presentation of the award, Dr. Olakunle Johnson thanked the Almighty God, whom he described as his pillar in all his endeavors. He also thanked Pastor Ibitoye for finding him worthy of the award, among many others. He promised to continue doing his best for the service of God and mankind.
