The National Productivity Centre NPC said it will not compromise deployment of productivity ,quality improvement tools and techniques ((P&QIP) to protect consumers and producers from the consumption and production of sub- standard products.
The disclosure was made on Thursday during the visit to 2MC Bakery by the Consultancy and Business Development (CBD) department led by the Director and HOD Engr. Alisigwe Clifford, in continuation of Installation of P&QIP in 2MC Bakery Jabi, Abuja.
The centre restated the commitment of the department to consolidate it's oversight functions towards inculcating quality brands across the country.
The aim of the department is to carry out detailed organizational diagnosis of the company to identify critical productivity problems among others in Bakeries located in Abuja.
The Directorate was recieved by management of the bakery with a familiarisation to offices and other equipment.
