The Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria CIFCFIN, in it's bid to affect Education sector positively has donated learning materials to selected students of Government Secondary School, Byazhin, Kubwa in Bwari local government area of the FCT.
The materials which included school bags and books was aimed at supporting the secondary schools children to enhance educational advancement
The Chairman of the body in the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Isa Salifu who led the Executive Council of the body on Thursday to the school, said the gesture was to enable students at elementary level put in more seriousness, efforts and determination to realize their Educational goals and life potentials.
He stressed that technological advancement and development at all levels cannot be overemphasized , hence the need to sanitize the financial sector of the country, so as to rid it of criminal tendencies, elements and conducts, with the establishment of the forensic body.
Dr Isah who stated that the body had been in existence long ago, and became a legal entity about a year ago , was geared towards sanitizing the financial sector, reducing corruption and contributing to National development.
The Ag Registrar /CEO who is also the Chairman of body , Abuja chapter advised the students to develop the passion of career building and development.
Dr Salifu maintained that the students were carefully selected to support and encourage pupils in their learnings.
Earlier, the Principal of the School, Mrs Julie Agbontean Essien appreciated the laudable efforts of the body to touch the lives of students through provision of Education materials, stating that it will go along way into encouraging both students knowledge and Educational pursuit.
She also advised the students to redouble their efforts towards their personal and Educational development with encouragement from reputable organisations.
The Principal admonished similar bodies to toe the line of the forensic organization, so as to ensure quality and reduced the scourge of out of school children OOSC in Nigeria.
Highlights of the program included the distribution of school bags and books to the students , assuring the management of the school that the gesture will be a continuous exercise.
