Kogi Lawmaker representing Ankpa 1 in the State House of Assembly, Rt Honorable Lawal Akus is to present free Jamb Registration to 55 students/ constituents, and free JAMB coaching center for three months for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students.
The maiden scheme powered by the state lawmaker will attract beneficiaries from carefully selected schools in Ankpa 1 state constituency.
The Akus Educational Foundation scheme geared towards promoting science based programs and subjects is in line with the current trend and global best practices.
The lawmaker promised to be transparent in the selection process by making it open to the general public.
He also assured constituents of continue supports and extension to other subjects, asking students of these category from the area to take advantage and apply for the program.
The free JAMB registeration and coaching is capable of encouraging secondary school pupils into embracing modest education and training in the current dispensation.
