The Council of Ulamau, Kogi state chapter led by the Deputy chairman of the council, Justice Olorunfemi has paid a condolence visit to the former governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris over the death of his son, Mohammed Ibrahim Idris.
The Council used the opportunity to appreciate the age long contributions of the former governor to the council prayed to Allah to reward the late Mohammed Ibrahim Idris with Alajantul firdaus.
While praying for the family at the residence of the former governor on Thursday in Abuja, Ustaz Mansur enjoined moslems to imbibe the culture of forgiveness and simplicity as preached by the prophet from the holy Quran, stating that unity, peaceful coexistence guarantees progress of any family.
He prayed for the former Kogi first family for good health, long life and prosperity, saying the current incidence was the will of Almighty God.
Other members of the council also prayed for the family and the deceased family, stating that to him we are all from , and to him we shall return to at our own time.
