The Ibo Community led by
Chief Sunday Solomon Nwachukwu JP President General, Ibo Community in Lokoja has paid a condolence visit to the former Kogi Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris over the death of his son, Mohammed Ibrahim Idris.
The community leader who led the entire community across Kogi state expressed their unreserved grief over the unfortunate incidence.
While identifying with the family on the grievous occasion, they asked God through prayers to put a halt and more time for such recurrence, praying for more healthy years to the former governor.
"Henceforth, we will put the entire family of our former governor whose tenure the Ibo extraction established a stable and thriving buisnses, a legacy sustained till death in prayers."
Nwachukwu enjoined the people of Kogi state to pray for the repose of the soul of his late son , stating that the former governor had left an indelible mark on the sands of time.
"We have come to identify with you on your grieving period, we promised and prayed that our next outing and coming will be for celebration among many other things."
In his response, former governor of Kogi state, and father of the deceased, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris thanked the Ibo community in Lokoja for remembering him , particularly at his trying time, praying for the good lord to reward them , and returned them safely to their destinations.
