Lawmaker Expresses Concern Over Poverty, Healthcare In Nigeria

A member, House of Representatives Hon. Akinlayo Davidson Kolawole has expressed deep worry over the poverty, health and warfare conditions of many  Nigerians, especially his constituents.

"It is axiomatic that the present development was as a result of skyrocket increase in the prices of food items and access to medical system".

Hon. Kolawole made the assertion while on inspection tour of a multi-million Naira Road Project being executed in his Constituency.

The Osan Ekiti -Ora, Kwara State boundary Road , he facilitated as part of his Constituency Projects has been abandoned for over twenty years.

The Legislator who represents Ekiti North Federal Constituency II (Ido/Osi, Moba and Ilejemeje LGAs) averred that, Nigerians will soon begin to enjoy the "Renewed Hope Agenda" policy  of President Bola Tinubu administration in fullest.

"The current hardship being experienced by Nigerians now, though,  a needed sacrifice to salvage the Country from total doldrums of maladministrations of the past is regrettable."

According to him, the 10th National Assembly is determined and committed to support the President on every human oriented programmes to alleviate the sufferings of all Nigerians irrespective of their political or religious affiliations. 

"The APC led government at all levels will continue to work hard for Nigerians inorder to make lives more bearable for them at all times. It is unequivocal and indisputable fact that the current hardship being experienced by Nigerians was as a result of maladministrations in the past.

"Therefore, to right any wrong situation, there must be sacrifice to be made inorder to enjoy the benefits of the outcome of the right situation, as and well due".

Hon. Kolawole says, he remains committed to the development of Ekiti State especially his Constituency through good legislations and contributions at all times and urged  People to remain hopeful and continue to have unwavering trust in policies and programmes of the present government in the Country.

"Let me reassure everyone that, the APC government at all levels in Nigeria will leave no stone unturned to put smiles on their faces and restore the lost glory of the Country for the benefit of all.

Nigeria will no doubt be great again especially with the cooperation and support of all and sundry under President Tinubu who has remained focused and determined to develop the Nation despite numerous challenges he met on ground at the inception of his administration".

He, however, commended Nigerians for their support and understanding  so far and urged them to continue to rally support the President and other Leaders through prayers to encourage them to perform better.
