Describes His Death As A Collosal Loss To Igala Land
The Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives and Member Representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency of Kogi State, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims has described the death of the former minister of State for Health, Arc. Gabriel Aduku as a Collosal Loss to Igala Land.
The Federal Lawmaker made the disclosure while paying his last respect to the deceased at his Anyigba country home, shortly after his interment yesterday.
While condoling with the wife and families left behind, Rep. Halims urged the bereaved to have solace in the fact that the late elder statesman lived and died as a fulfilled man in both his professional career and services to the nation.
Rep. Halims refreshed with grief, the antecedents of the late octogenarian noting that his sterling endeavours in Nigeria's early architectural guild forms part of the leading legacies of the noble profession in Nigeria.
The deceased, late Arc. Gabriel Yakubu Aduku until his death was one of Nigeria's finest architects with so many applaudable designs to his credit, he was a minister of state for health under the President Olusegun Obasanjo and the immediate past chairman of Arewa Consultative Forum.
