Former member of the House of Representatives for Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency in Benue State and Co-Founder, Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Dorathy Mato congratulates Very Revd. Fr. Dominic Ukan Jir on his 50th (Golden Jubilee) priestly ordination anniversary.
The event which took place on Sunday, 14th July, 2024 at St. Veronica's Parish, Agidi, Mbatiav, Gboko, Benue State was attended by the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia and other dignitaries.
Eulogizing Fr. Jir as quintessence of determination, focus, generosity and progressivism, Mato commended him for the remarkable impact he has made on the lives of most of those who had contact with him even when they had ideology and global perspective differences.
Mato prayed God to continue to bless Fr. Jir in his never-dying spirit to continue to reignite the light of hope to rekindle the faith of those in despair.
