In a strategic efforts to offer scholarship to students of Benue state origin in tertiary institutions to cushion the hardship faced by students and lessen the burden on parents during this critical time of economic hardships.
The Principal Special Assistant to the Benue state Governor on Youth and Students Affairs, Hon Comr Nevkaa Jacob Ter, with a powerful delegation of Benue state government, attended co-ordinating committee meeting of Secretaries of Federal and States Scholarship Board.
The meeting was organised by Scholarship Board of Federal Ministry of Education, hosted by Kano State Scholarships Board at Coronation Hall, Government House Kano.
The event attracted the attention of the Chief Host, His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, Executive Governor Kano State.
Be it known the meeting was aimed at eliminating challenges faced during the process leading to disbursement of scholarship to eligible beneficiaries.
