The Member representing Ankpa 1 in the Kogi state House of Assembly, Rt Honourable Lawal Akus will on Saturday October 5 Commission the newly built borehole on Makurdi street for Ankpa township community.
This was contained in a statement released by the state Lawmaker in his bid to reduce to the barest minimum the acute water scarcity in the town and it's environs.
Rt Honourable Lawal Akus has prioritized provision of social services in the area of Water , Electricity, Education, Empowerment and Health and promises to make a difference in the next three years.
With the proposed commissioning , the area can now boast of three boreholes since his assumption of office as lawmaker representing the area.
Party supporters , dignataries, well wishers are invited to witness the auspicious occasion scheduled for Saturday.
