The Technical Advisor to the Governor of Benue State, Chief Solomon Iorpev has sued for the unity of Gaav nation for optimal progress, instead of disunity and unnecessary hatred of pulling down of the upcoming generation for personal and selfish reasons.
The Akinde u Konshisha made this call today, at KIMBIS International Hotel, Makurdi when he was honoured and presented with the award of excellence by Gyaikyôr Seven Support Initiative (G7) as one who's outstanding in his profession, dedicated, and has integrity, versed in his chosen field of endeavor.
The Governor's media advisor while congratulating his fellow awardees thanked the Gaav elites, lauded the support of some of his brothers, but however decried the disunity of many, and some elders who are bent on striving to push others down especially the younger ones.
The ace broadcaster extolled G7 for honouring him and called on all the awardees to support the organization to stand.
In company of Chief Iorpev to the receipt of the award was his wife, Chief Mrs Dooshima Iorpev, the Mule u Akinde u Konshisha, former chairmanship aspirant for Konshisha Hon. Mrs Margaret Zulum Tashan, and Comr Solo Dzuah who took the citation of Chief Iorpev before the honor on him was done.
