UK Doctors Declare Buhari INCAPACITATED To Rule, Advise Him To Resign - Secret Reporters Says

UK Doctors Declare Buhari INCAPACITATED To Rule, Advise Him To Resign - Secret Reporters Says

SECRET REPORTERS - Despite repeated denial by close aides of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari that he’s hale and hearty, Secret Reporters can report authoritatively that except there is a miracle, he may not complete his tenure alive if he comes back to the rigors of governing Nigeria.

A very reliable source close to the corridors of power and have seen recent authentic pictures of Buhari revealed that the pictures we see sent from London are all edited, as Buhari is a shadow of himself.

“The man is now a skeleton, I can tell you. I don’t know how they did all the pictures you guys see, but the ones I saw is a very bad one”, the source stated from his London base.

According to the source, the President’s Doctors have advised him to write his resignation letter since last month, which he actually agreed to, in order for him to take care of his health, but cabals who currently dictate for him turned the resignation letter into an extension letter of his medical stay in London and allegedly gave him to sign without reading its content.

Speaking further, one of the sources confided in this medium that Buhari’s condition is grave and has been given few months to live by the Doctors if he insists on coming back to Nigeria to resume duties.

Today makes it forty days that the President left his duty post for vacation after handing over to Vice President Yemi Osibanjo to act on his behalf.

Again, Aisha Buhari Cries Out As 4 Aso Rock Cabals Seize Ailing Husband In UK; Block Ministers, Families Access To The President

Again, Aisha Buhari Cries Out As 4 Aso Rock Cabals Seize Ailing Husband In UK; Block Ministers, Families Access To The President

AISHA BUHARI
Just as she raised alarm last year October that some cabals in Aso Rock have taken over governance from his husband, President Muhammadu Buhari, the first Lady, Aisha has again registered her displeasure how some named 4 Aso Rock Cabals have extended their influence on the President even at sick ben at the United Kingdom, fresh report according to Punch Newspaper suggests.

Punch Newspaper detailed that family members, friends and senior government officials who attempted to call or pay visits to President Muhammadu Buhari in the United Kingdom are having a difficult time getting access.

The report specifically named four aides who are popularly known as CABALS of the president who are said to be in control access to President Buhari, who is on extended medical vacation in the United Kingdom.

The CABALS  according to Punch Newspaper are the President’s nephew, Mamman Daura; the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Domestic Affairs, Sarki Aba; Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari; and Personal Assistant to the President; Tunde Sabiu.

Our source detailed that anyone who wants to telephone or see the president in London must get the approval of one or more of the four aides. The only two individuals who are exempted from seeking permission to visit Buhari or call him are Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and First Lady, Aisha Buhari.

It was gathered according to our source that the First Lady is said not to be happy with the way the aides have been managing access to her husband. The first lady’s relationship with the president’s aides has not always been cordial. In October last year, Aisha granted a highly controversial interview to the British Broadcasting Corporation, in which she alleged that a cabal had hijacked her husband’s government.

According to a source in government, who spoke on condition of anonymity, Buhari’s wife had voiced her displeasure to close friends and associates that the cabal she complained about were still the ones in charge of her husband in London.

“The First Lady is not with him permanently in London, which should normally not be the case. She has had a few clashes with the cabal and she is not happy that they are also firmly in control in London. That’s why she goes and comes. She is not happy with the atmosphere over there.”

It was gathered that these individuals have turned down numerous requests from the President’s friends, associates and members of his cabinet to see him.

Since Buhari extended his medical vacation on February 19, those who have visited him in his Abuja House residence in London include the Senate President, Bukola Saraki;  Senate Leader, Ahmad Lawan; Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Deputy Speaker, Yusuf Lasun; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; Chief Bisi Akande; Ogun State Governor and Ibikunle Amosun.

It was gathered that the visits were initiated by the guests who made requests which had to be reviewed by the president’s aides. Daura was present during the Tinubu and Akande’s visit. Daura, who holds no political office in the present dispensation, has repeatedly been touted as the most powerful person in the present government, prompting Buhari to publicly declare late October 2016 that, “I’m in charge, not Mamman Daura.”

Daura travels with the president and is often seen with him. Daura is believed to belong to the legendary ‘Kaduna Mafia’, an influential group of young northern Nigerian intellectuals, civil servants, business tycoons and military officers residing or conducting business in the former northern capital city of Kaduna. The group reportedly influenced government policies during the military era and previous civilian administrations. Other famous members of the group were Adamu Ciroma, Ibrahim Tahir, Mahmud Tukur, and former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Adamu Ciroma; former Minister of Internal Affairs, Ibrahim Tahir; former Minister of Commerce and Industry during the Buhari-Idiagbon regime, Dr. Mahmud Tukur; former Sultan of Sokoto, Ibrahim Dasuki;  former Head of the Technical Committee on Privatisation and Commercialisation, Hamza Zayyad; a former minister, Umaru Mutallab; former presidential aspirant and number-two man, General Shehu Yar’Adua; a former Vice Chancellor, Ahmadu Bello University, Professor Ango Abdullahi; Professor Jibril Aminu and others.

Kyari is known to be one of the President’s closest aides.  He plans Buhari’s schedules while ministers are said to queue in his office to see the President. Kyari’s influence became clear to many during a retreat organised by the presidency for the then ministers-designate. While declaring the retreat open on  November 5, 2015, Buhari said, “In addition, all communications and appointments from you (ministers) to the Presidency should be routed through the Office of the Chief of Staff as it is the normal (procedure) in this presidential system.”

While much is not known about Sabiu, who was appointed shortly after Buhari’s election, he is reportedly related to Daura. Sources in government told our correspondent that the President ‘feels relaxed’ around him and has a lot of trust in him. The same was said of Aba, who was described as ‘quiet but one of the few people that can make anyone see the President.”

Presented with the names of the aides controlling access to the president, a source in the presidency confirmed the list. The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak on the subject, said, “The names you have are accurate and they are the ones controlling access to the President in London, even in Nigeria. Some ministers, aides and service chiefs tried to talk to the President on the phone, but they turned them down.

“The few people that have seen the President only saw him because they agreed to it. If they didn’t, it would never have happened, apart from Governor Amosun, who everyone knows is one of Buhari’s best friends.”

The source refused to give the names of those whose requests to see Buhari were turned down.

Meanwhile, Buhari on Saturday spoke with his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, on the telephone for the first time since he embarked on his extended medical vacation on January 19.

Adesina, who felt elated about the development, confirmed the conversation on his Facebook page and Twitter handle.

He had during previous interviews said he was only speaking with those around the President.

Giving details of his discussion with the President, Adesina said Sabiu called him at exactly 2.43pm and asked that he hold on for the President.

On recognition of the President’s voice, Adesina said he screamed and said, “Mr. President, I have missed you. How are you sir?”

He continued, “He (the President) first laughed. That familiar laugh. Then he said, ‘I am still resting. Thank you for holding out against mischief makers.’

“I said it was my duty, the very least I could do, adding how happy I was to speak with him. He asked, ‘How is your family?’

“I said we were fine, and he asked me to extend his greetings to them. ‘I hope to call you again,’ Mr. President said, and I bade him farewell, adding ‘Best wishes, sir.’”

Adesina described the telephone conversation as a defining moment for him.

He said, “It was a defining moment for me. For more than a month, I had always spoken with aides who are with the President in London.

“Not once did I ask them to take the phone to him, deliberately so, because I didn’t need to speak with him to validate the fact that he was alive. And since he is on vacation, he has a right to his privacy.

“Of his own volition, President Buhari spoke with me. It made my day. Even if he hadn’t done so, he would have remained my President, my leader, and my man. Any day.”

Rampaging Desperadoes For Nigeria’s 2019 Presidency, By Charles Ibekwe

Rampaging Desperadoes For Nigeria’s 2019 Presidency, By Charles Ibekwe

Rampaging Desperadoes For Nigeria’s 2019 Presidency, By Charles Ibekwe
Barely, Seventeen months into the four-year tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) there are vitriolic campaigns in the air. Regrettably, it is anchored by some members of the political elite club, stripped of intellectual thoughts or initiatives on how to saunter Nigeria on the global map of developed nations. They have disappointedly resorted to the grotesque by sponsoring veiled partisan campaigns for 2019 against PMB.

A national newspaper in Nigeria, (not, the Nigerian Newspaper) yesterday, published a poorly crafted piece, with the caption “2019 Presidency: Northern Cabal Looks Beyond Buhari.” It is the latest manifestations of such partisan inclinations of the political elite in the country. With biased senses, they aim to score the shots with every presidency in Nigeria for their selfish ends. Fate of the masses is their least worry; but their selfish interests, top priority.

And once these gods, some of whom have outlived their political usefulness, are not sufficiently appeased, the occupant of the office of the President is “incompetent, unfit, a failure and cannot deliver on any campaign promise,” for declining to toe their “crooked” perceptions.

And self-professed APC national Leader, (such abhorrent illegal status) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his latest political bloodsucker in the North, former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar exemplify the negation of politics of development in Nigeria. They are infatuated with leadership all the times for the wrong reasons.

The publication quoted earlier is just about the worse reflection of the antics of desperadoes seeking to uproot perceived rivals from power. It is not only disjointed, but the contents lie generously and logic takes sabbatical leave to the extent of placing the sponsors in the dilemma of identifying between Jesus Christ and Lucifer.

The sponsored piece muses about Buhari’s so called “kitchen cabal” of four persons in Aso Rock, who they claim, manipulate him and indeed, rule Nigeria. But they lack the audacity to identify them by names; they are just in fluid talk.

But after sustained media campaigns, every Nigerian has come to identify the so-called Aso Villa 'cabal.' They have accused them of blocking the free, idle access peculiar with them to distract PMB, as hitherto done, by Nigerians who claim to be power brokers.

Through such unnecessary access to the President, these self-acclaimed power brokers would infuse him with obnoxious ideas, against certain personalities, interests, groups or sections of the country to create confusion and grab whatever they lay their hands upon and dissipate like whirlwind. When it happens, the President is left to salvage the trouble. This is what has inspired hatred on the personal aides or close allies of the president.

PMB has time immemorial proclaimed his desire to allow every structure of governance function freely and independently, based on the tenets of justice, equity and fairness. So, he is not interested, in enmeshing himself in deciding who becomes the APC governorship candidate of any state in the country. That’s the quality Nigerians wish displayed in their leader.

No wakeful Nigerian is unaware of the months of orchestrated campaigns from this informal political cabal outside of Aso Villa, (if there is any in Aso Rock, anyway) which has sought numerous devilish avenues to influence PMB to sack his Aso Villa “Kitchen cabal” to pave way for new appointees who could be amenable to them. They have deployed tricks of all hues including blackmail, allegations of corruption and all manner of campaigns of calumny.

Sometimes, they blackmail by discrediting the strong personality and credentials of PMB to push for the sacking of the Aso Villa “cabal.” But none of the gimmicks has worked in the direction they planned and the anger in them has indefensibly ossified.

The publication under purview is a disingenuously crafted narrative to sow the seed of discord between PMB and his closest aides. By the rendition the piece offered, PMB would now perceive his closest aides as those plotting his downfall and in fists of anger, flush them out to the wild excitement of the informal cabal outside of Aso Rock. But they missed the point fundamentally, especially as the points used to enliven the plot are too feeble for consideration.

In the first instance, PMB’s “kitchen cabal” members are not oblivious of the desire of some political power mongers to have them sacked. It is therefore, extremely irrational for the same camp to begin to plot the ouster of Buhari in 2019 for the simple reason of his “faulted” performance.

The report claimed, “Members of the cabal running Aso Rock are no longer comfortable with Buhari’s performance and are worried that the North could lose the Presidency in 2019, if nothing was urgently done. Leading members of the cabal are largely from Adamawa, Borno and Katsina States.”

In this quotation, known shadows of the sponsors of the article emerge. When it makes reference to Adamawa, a hundred guesses would point to one direction, with a Southern collaborator. But the dragging of Borno and Katsina states into the fold is to wisely conceal the roots of the plot.

But who in his right senses would say, PMB has not performed in the last 17 months he ascended the Presidency? The United Nations (UN) has acknowledged his instant lethal blow on BHTs and the defeat of terrorism in Nigeria as promised.

Nigerian military, particularly, Soldiers of the Nigerian Army under the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lt. Gen. Buratai, confronted the Boko Haram challenge, made unquantifiable, but rewarding sacrifices, in rare exploits against terrorists in Nigeria for the success and respite the country enjoys presently. This gallantry has earned not just Buhari, but also his servant, Buratai countless international recognition as the heroes and conquerors of terrorism. What is greater than this feat in governance?

For further update, Nigerians enjoy solace from armed bandits and cattle rustlers; restiveness in the oil rich Niger Delta is receiving quicker presidential attention, with PMB’s recent parley with leaders and stakeholders from the region led by Chief Edwin Clark and others.

There are spirited efforts to diversify the economy to reduce Nigeria’s over dependence on oil revenues, with the re-energizing of the agricultural sector. Multi-billion naira loan facilities have been availed farmers across Nigeria, in spite of depression. This is just a resume’ of what PMB has achieved and who in all sincerity can claim he is not performing? If the previous administration had achieved this much, Buhari would not have been in the reckoning of Nigerians angling for change in 2015.

Now, to the unreasonable stretch of the group to PMB’s health condition! May be, a human being is not supposed to fall sick. But the same Nigerians, sponsors of the hoopla complained of the President’s excessive global-trotting. So, a sick man has the strength to fly lengthy hours around the world for official duties and personally perform other state functions?

And they condescended to the laughable, complaining that age is not on his side as “born on December 17, 1942, President Buhari would be close to 77 years old by 2019.” They could as well remind Nigerians how old was OBJ when he served his second tenure as President or ask the Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe whether he lacks strength or senile to rule his country now.

The issue of PMB’s daughter, Fatima’s proposed marriage to Alhaji Alico Dangote, whether real or imagined, is a private affair of both families. But dragging Dangote, Africa’s richest man, in the unwilling “Northern cabal’s” game of replacing PMB is the most uninformed aspect of the publicity. Those who are abreast with history can attest to Dangote’s rejection of repeated appeals to vie for Nigeria’s Presidency.

With a blossoming world business conglomerate, no sane man would think a man of his status can sacrifice his business empire for Nigeria’s leadership in these horrible times.

When one juxtaposes a portion of the report which states inter alia, “The wife of the president had recently in a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Hausa Service interview lamented that most officials of the government are not known to the President and the first family; adding that they are usurpers who did nothing to help the All Progressives Congress (APC) struggle in 2015;” with another idea espoused in the same piece which states that;

“…the nature of the appointments he has made, defined by lack of consultation and inclusiveness, has alienated many.” Hmmm! It’s dumbfounding. It strikes pandering about the group, as fools in competitive display of ignorance.

Wife of the President, Hajiya Aisha Buhari cannot be complaining of the unfamiliar nature of her husband’s cabinet appointees. Yet, a “Northern cabal” would be credited with statements that PMB made appointments without due consultation and inclusiveness. It shamefully does not add up or jells.

Straight interpretation of Aisha’s quote by the veiled sponsors means PMB was handed the appointees for appointment, that’s why they are strange or alien to Buhari. Hajiya Aisha adds that they do not share in Buhari’s concept and vision of “change” in Nigeria.

So, there is no faintest of any possibility that the same “Northern Cabal” would turn around to complain as the report seeks to insinuate. The inaccuracy of the assertions is so amusing to the extent of compelling the recommendation of the authors to a psychiatric test.

Retrospectively, Nigerians are not fools and the enslavement of the masses by the informal cabal outside the confines of Aso Rock has come full-blown and widely known through social media. PMB remains a popular leader among the masses of Nigeria and the abhorrent, illogical propaganda would not diminish this popularity.

Despite the prevailing hardship in the country, the antagonistic cabal should take time to sample street opinions about President Buhari and the inescapable conclusion they would get is that Nigerians are not ready to return back to Egypt or back to the hands of this cabal, symbolizing sufferings and enslavement now and for generations yet unborn.

Those who are abreast with history can attest to Dangote’s rejection of repeated appeals to vie for Nigeria’s Presidency.

With a blossoming world business conglomerate, no sane man would think a man of his status can sacrifice his business empire for Nigeria’s leadership in these horrible times.

When one juxtaposes a portion of the report which states inter alia, “The wife of the president had recently in a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Hausa Service interview lamented that most officials of the government are not known to the President and the first family; adding that they are usurpers who did nothing to help the All Progressives Congress (APC) struggle in 2015;” with another idea espoused in the same piece which states that;

Ambassadorial Nominees: Aso Rock Cabals, APC Governors 'Fight Dirty' Over Sharing Fomula
President Muhammadu Buhari's decision to dance to the tune of the governors under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC may have stirred a serious clash between the President's Kitchen Cabinet members, otherwise known as the Aso Rock Cabals and the APC governors.

Fresh report according to The Nation Newspaper suggests that President Muhammadu Buhari is to consult governors and All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders in making appointments, it was learnt yesterday.

In line with his new policy, the President yesterday mandated Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to meet with critical stakeholders on the appointment of  members into boards of government agencies.

Osinbajo held what was described as “ a frank input  session” with Senate President Bukola Saraki, House Speaker Yakubu Dogara, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir Lawal,  Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) Chairman Abdulaziz Yari, APC Governors Forum Chairman Rochas Okorocha and representatives of the governors in each of the six geopolitical zones.

But members of the President’s kitchen cabinet, otherwise called “The Cabal”, are said to be demanding 40 per cent of the slots in the  boards.

Although the members claim the President wants the 40 per cent of the slots, the governors said Buhari told them that he will not interfere in the process.

According to a source, who was at the meeting, the President told the governors that he was shocked by the protests which the nomination of ambassadors generated.

The governors protested to Buhari that they were neither consulted by the selection committee, nor the nominees known to them.

The source claimed that those given the assignment by the President to shop for competent hands only put their stooges.

To avoid “a repeat of padding of appointees”, according to the source, the President assured the governors and party leaders that he would henceforth ensure wider consultations with governors, National Assembly and party leaders on appointments.

The source added: “The President has dumped the cabal making discreet and embarrassing appointments. Now, it is going to be consultations before appointments.

“As a matter of fact, the President felt betrayed on appointments by some of his aides and kitchen cabinet advisers.

“Now, Buhari is set to reconcile with everybody, especially the aggrieved governors and leaders of the party, by running an all-inclusive administration and involving these leaders in strategic decision-making process.”

A  governor, who spoke in confidence, said: “We were all disappointed that some members of the Kitchen Cabinet of the President hijacked appointments and abuse the process in a manner that the President has become isolated from APC and its leaders.

“Yet, each time we met with the President, he always expressed disbelief that those given the assignment to look for capable hands did not consult with stakeholders and party leaders.

“In fact, when we had audience with the President on ambassador-designates, he felt bad that most of the governors did not have input into the list. It was more intriguing that some governors did not know those picked from their states.

“The President then assured us that henceforth, all appointments will be made with wider consultations. That was why the Senate President and others were at the Presidential Villa. A reconciliation or healing process has started.”

The governor added: “The session with Osinbajo was on appointment of members of Federal agencies. The President threw it open and everyone contributed.

“This is the template we will now be using for all appointments. And nobody will henceforth tamper with any consensus list.”

Notwithstanding, there was tension yesterday following the demand by some members of the “Kitchen Cabinet” for 40 per cent of the slots for board appointments.

The members were alleged to have dropped the President’s name as requesting for the slot.

A governor said: “We rejected the new twist because President Buhari only told us to be fair and transparent in our selection. We are suspecting that the name dropping must be the handiwork of those elements, who were always padding appointments.

“We will wait for the President to return from Morocco and hear from him on whether he wanted 40 per cent of the slots for boards conceded to him.”

It was learnt that some ministers may quit the cabinet if members of the cabal are allowed to tamper with the list of board members of their ministries.

“It is unbecoming. You will send a list of nominees or experts for appointments but you hear of a different list. This is why some ministers go directly with files to the President to seek approval for some strategic appointments,” a source said, pleading not to be named “for strategic reasons.”

At the Vice President’s meeting with Saraki, Dogara and the others yesterday were Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, Zamfara State Governor Abdulaziz Yari, Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello and Adamawa State Governor, Jubrilla Bindow.

At the end of the meeting, Saraki told reporters:: “I’m sure the VP will issue a statement. But nothing of great alarm. It’s all for good governance, inclusion and collaboration with all arms. The states are here, national assembly executives just came up with ideas on how to make things work even better, that’s all.”

At Last, Buhari Breaks Silence; Talks Of Cabals In Presidency; Their Influence And Others

There had been media speculation that the Presidency powers have been seized by a set of Cabals headed by President Muhammadu Buhari's cousin, Mr. Mamman Daura, but the President in an unusual manner has claimed he is actually in charge and not his cousin.

Buhari according to  Punch Newspaper stated this in an interview with an on-air-presenter, Osasu Igbinedion, on her show, The Osasu show, which was monitored by our correspondent on the programme’s YouTube page.

Asked whether it was true that Daura, following his perceived strong influence over Buhari, was acting as unofficial president, as being alleged in some quarters, Buhari noted that, as the duly elected president of the country, he was in charge of the Federal Government.

He said, “Sahara Reporters, I don’t know where they got their information from. I stood for the election; I visited every local government in Nigeria by air, by road and so on. And we had one of the most credible elections. So, whoever feels that he has lost (out) somehow is his own problem, I have no problem.”

Buhari further said the Presidential Committee on the North East would ensure that the monies donated for humanitarian aid in the North East to tackle malnutrition among children in Internally Displaced Persons camps would be judiciously used.

He said the former general in charge of the committee was one ‘reputed for his integrity.’

“His headquarters is situated in the presidency, he’s got some staff and there is legal instrument developed on how this money would be spent. So, whoever has got any money to contribute or food items will go and make a presentation.

“We have a list of infrastructure, especially educational infrastructure, and it is up to them to go and choose what they would do,” the President said.

UNICEF estimates that about a quarter of a million children are malnourished in the North East as a result of Boko Haram insurgency.
