No-nonsense Dictatorial Trump SACKS US Attorney General Over Travel Ban

No-nonsense Dictatorial Trump SACKS US Attorney General Over Travel Ban

Sally Yates,
Donald Trump has fired the acting US attorney general, after she questioned the legality of his immigration ban.

Sally Yates, who had been appointed under Barack Obama, earlier ordered justice department lawyers not to enforce the president’s executive order.

In a statement, the White House said Ms Yates had “betrayed” the department.

Dana Boente, US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, replaces her as acting attorney general.

In a letter, Ms Yates had said she was “not convinced” that the president’s order was lawful.

“As long as I am the acting attorney general, the department of justice will not present arguments in defence of the Executive Order,” she said.

But the White House said she had “betrayed the department of justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States”.

“President Trump relieved Ms Yates of her duties,” a statement from the press secretary said.

Meanwhile, hundreds of US diplomats around the world are set to formally criticise President Donald Trump’s immigration restrictions, officials tell the BBC.

A “dissent cable” has been drafted for senior state department officials.

The White House said those complaining should “get with the programme”.

In the wake of  Trump’s ban on nationals from seven Muslim-majority countries, ex-President Barack Obama has spoken out against discrimination “based on faith or religion”.

In a statement his spokesman, Kevin Lewis, said Obama was also “heartened” by the level of engagement taking place across the country.

The draft text of the dissent cable seen by the BBC says that the immigration restrictions will not make the US safer, are un-American and will send the wrong message to the Muslim world.

Such cables are not that unusual but a State Department official said that the document had been signed by “hundreds” of people, which was described as “unprecedented”.

President Trump issued the restrictions on Friday.

His executive order halted the entire US refugee programme for 120 days, indefinitely banned Syrian refugees and suspended all nationals from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen for 90 days.

In other developments:

*The Council on American-Islamic Relations, a major advocacy group, says it has filed a lawsuit challenging the executive order

*Washington state’s attorney general is also suing. Bob Ferguson was one of 16 state attorneys general who have said the order is unconstitutional. Tech firms Amazon, Expedia and Microsoft, based in the state, will reportedly explain how the order is impacting them

*Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit the US on 15 February

*President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee will be announced on Tuesday

White House press secretary Sean Spicer has again defended the policy changes. At a press conference he hit out at the diplomats and foreign service officers drafting the dissent cable.

“Again, you talk about, in a 24-hour period, 325,000 people from other countries flew in through our airports and we’re talking about 109 people from seven countries that the Obama administration identified,” he told reporters.

“And these career bureaucrats have a problem with it? I think they should either get with the programme or they can go.”

News of the complaint from US diplomats comes amid international condemnation of the new policies. The White House has defended the restrictions as necessary safety measures.

The cable seen by the BBC says the “knee-jerk” restrictions will “sour relations” with the Muslim world and alienate countries that help in the fight against terrorism.

It notes that most terror attacks in the US have been committed by US-born or naturalised citizens and compares the new measures to restrictions on Japanese-Americans during World War Two.

“The end result of this ban will not be a drop in terror attacks in the United States; rather, it will be a drop in international goodwill towards Americans and a threat towards our economy,” the cable, which may be an earlier draft, says.

Nigerians in diaspora want Trump to end terrorism in Africa

Nigerians in diaspora want Trump to end terrorism in Africa

Nigerians in diaspora want Trump to end terrorism in Africa
Nigerians in the diaspora have expressed the hope that US President-elect, Mr Donald Trump will help end terrorism in Africa even as they identified the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) as a group that must be curtailed by the incoming American government.

The Nigerians based in the United States of America who spoke through More Voices Against Terrorism however condemned a statement issued by the US State Department that criticised the Nigerian Police handling of the Shiites sectarian clashes with security agencies and recently the killing of officers going about their businesses.

Trump drew international ire as the republican candidate when he vowed decisive action against radical Islam if elected.

A statement by Angela Bala, More Voices Against Terrorism’s Head of Administration said the group is “hopeful that the incoming administration of President-elect, Mr Donald Trump, which shown remarkable understanding of radical Islam would put the IMN on the terror list and compel Iran to stop exporting its evil to the African continent.

“Even as we await such positive development, we urge the State Department to withdraw its offensive statements in favour of IMN and to desist from further issuing such,” it demanded.

The Group described the State Department’s statement as alarming for openly castigating the Federal Government while supporting the outlawed IMN, which it described as an affiliate of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

More Voices Against Terrorism lamented that “Much as the statement postured to have addressed both sides to the Kano clash that left several Nigerians dead, we find it absurd that the US State Department spoke of the IMN without acknowledging its ties with terrorism or its relationship with Iran that is known to be a state sponsor of terrorism.

“As a body in the US, More Voices Against Terrorism is very aware that the entire members and leadership of the IMN would have been hauled before a law court if they try a tenth of what they do in Nigeria on a daily basis yet the United States has decided to imbue them with more confidence to delude them that the world is in support of the crimes they are committing.

“This can only end badly for the entire human race same way a delay in designating Boko Haram as a terror group is haunting the world today.

“It is worrisome that the same country that readily incinerates school children and wedding parties with drone fired Hellfire Missiles whenever its marines as much as come under fire in other sovereign nations is now the one questioning the right of Nigeria’s security forces to deal with known terrorists.

“It should be placed on record that any administration that gives credence to terrorism above the rights of overwhelming segment of humanity, comprising of women and children who are the worst hit by terrorism all over the world, is to return the human race to the nasty state of nature where life is crude, nasty and brutish.

“That the US designates Iran as state sponsor of terrorism and turns around to support Iranian puppets in Nigeria betrays a deficit in thinking that can only lead to the worrisome conclusion that the long term plan is to replicate the kind of confusing proxies’ wars ongoing in Syria overthere in Nigeria. We warn that the outcome of such attempts would be calamitous as the IMN terrorists would eventually ply their wares on US soil and in other condoning countries within the shortest time possible.

“We urge a stop to the duplicity of the State Department. Its double standard is confirmed by the highly repulsive and condemnable act in which its statements are issued and distributed through the IMN spokesman in Nigeria. This is simply unfair, unjust and a very biased position against Nigerians that have been hit hard by IMN activities,” the group stated.

Terror Campaign Against Terrorists Or The Nigerian Military? By Kenneth-Kaunda Adamu

Terror Campaign Against Terrorists Or The Nigerian Military? By Kenneth-Kaunda Adamu

Terror Campaign Against Terrorists Or The Nigerian Military? By Kenneth-Kaunda Adamu
No Nigerian is in doubt about how the adoring landscapes of Nigeria were coloured with blood and pain with the emergence of the Islamic outlaws, Boko Haram Terrorists (BHTs) in Nigeria in 2009. Beyond this era, terrorism blossomed and raged in Nigeria from 2011 to mid-2015.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan once decried the existence of BHTs in every sphere of public life in the country. Of course till today, there are Boko Haram agents in the security agencies, paramilitary organizations, the police, public service, in communities, in centers of learning, in the media, among businessmen and politicians.

It is also public knowledge that there are assorted brands of Boko Haram. There is the political arm of Boko Haram; its business wing and the main religious arm of Boko Haram, largely perceived as the first trace of terrorism in the country which has tormented Nigerians for years. The other two categories support this main arm to thrive in the Nigerian state.

But since President Mohammadu Buhari (PMB) became Nigeria’s President, the Nigerian Army have demonstrated its unequalled capacity to confront and defeat the insurgents. The decimation and defeat of terrorism is the proud history of Nigeria’s security agencies’ collaborative determination and patriotism to their country.

The patriotic Nigerian Army under the leadership of COAS Gen. Tukur Buratai, like other arms of the armed or security forces have worked assiduously to achieve Nigeria’s globally acknowledged success and status in the anti-terrorism campaigns. Soldiers were in the trenches, in thick forests, repelling terrorists’ attacks; smoked out insurgents from their hideouts; they trudged the dreary forests of the Northeast states and Sambisa to free thousands of captives, in Nigeria, much as in the border communities of Chad, Niger and Cameroun republics.

Soldiers chanted songs of war at nights and in the scotching sun, endured all hardships to bring respite and succor to hundreds of communities and millions of Nigerians manacled by the upsurge of insurgency.

Other arms of the armed forces performed no less roles. Airforce officers mounted fighter jets which unleashed serial air bombardments of terrorists camps, and the DSS strengthened surveillance and intelligence gathering aspects of the war, much like the Police, the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). These complementary operations yielded the appreciable results today in the anti-terrorism war. And the international community spiced it by actively supporting the zeal and determination of the Nigerian military, which ended terrorism.

But despite the milestones and relishing respite from Boko Haram enthroned in Nigeria by the military, devious and disgruntled Nigerians who are either sympathizers of these elements or their agents are vexatious with this reality.

In pseudo claims of love for the country, these disloyal and unpatriotic Nigerians are ever ready to unjustly censure and demoralize Nigerian military with verbal assaults in manifold manifestations. They have enough demonic ideas in support of the insurgents. They are the secret financiers of BHTs and those who propagate fake and contemptible publicity to gladden the hearts of the terrorists.

They are not concerned about the freshly evolving manifestations terrorism in the country evident in the Sheik Ibraheem El- Zakzaky led Shiites movement in Nigeria. But all their arsenals of war are channeled on the Nigerian military, which is routinely vilified and scorned. And with international connections or links with forces hell-bent on destabilizing Nigeria, these veiled sympathizers with BHTs inadvertently unmask themselves by permanently faulting the Nigerian military on terrorism, while turning a blind eye to glaring wrongdoings; such as members of a religious sect in a religious procession possessing dangerous weapons and violently unleashing attacks on security agents.

What the international human rights organizations and other NGOs, suspected to be funded by the Republic of Iran deem worthy of propagation reflects in the conspiracy to ruin and disintegrate Nigeria, by the frequent apportioning of blames on the Nigerian military based on phantom claims of human rights violations. Sadly too, is the discovery of the enlistment of online media platforms manned by Nigerians and the dozen social media hounds in the internationally sponsored evil plot to destroy their own country?

When one reads some news items from online media on the Nigerian military anti-terrorism campaigns, it marvels. The contents of the stories defile the sacred core creed of development journalism which advocates for the promotion of peace and national unity, a natural obligation every citizen owes his country. It reflects more as these publications’ endorsement of the agenda to destroy Nigeria.

Similarly, some international NGOs like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International reports on Nigeria suggest the prosecution of the disintegration plot to pave way for the country’s re-colonization by some western powers.

Some section of the traditional media in Abuja and also, some e-rats have all been conscripted into this agenda. They have consciously and without any valid reason, constituted themselves into antagonistic forces against the Nigerian military in the counter-insurgency war. When the hero-soldier, Lt.Col. Muhammed Abu-Ali died in gun battle with terrorists who ambushed his troops in Mallam Fatori recently, an e-rat wrote on one of the online platforms, these comments in poor pidgin, “ Na dem (sic) (h)ausa people wey brin jihad 4 naija, dem don de kil themselves now.(sic) e good.”

Even in death, this Nigerian forgot his religiosity by still mocking lifeless soldiers and his country and there are many of such characters. Such tendencies are compelling the impression that some Nigerians are on the payroll of these international forces, which launched terrorism in Nigeria, nurtured and fuelled it, but are now disappointed with the palpable and irreversible signs of the total dissipation of terrorism in the country.

This is highly condemnable and disgraceful. Nigerians may traverse the globe, but they have no any other country in the world than Nigeria. America’s President-elect, Mr. Donald Trump has hinted about the pending deportation of three million “illegal” immigrants. If it happens and Nigeria is kept in the perpetuity of conflagrations and terrorism, where would this number of Nigerian deportees take refuge?

On the political front, President Buhari's opponents create the impression that terrorism in the country is still bludgeoning and proceed to make Nigerians understand the mistake for entrusting leadership of the country on Buhari, instead of them.

Reports credited to Nigeria’s former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar recently when he distributed relief materials to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) assembled at the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Yola, Adamawa state, insinuated this much. .

He told his audience, “If you recalled, while we were in office in 2002, such a small uprising, very similar to this Boko Haram, reared their head in Yobe state; then, we smashed it immediately. So, I think it requires a steadfast leadership, a leadership that is decisive.”

By inference, Atiku is possibly insinuating that outside him as President of Nigeria, the country lacks a steadfast leader in any other person to quell insurgency. He declined from appreciating the efforts of Mr. President or the Nigerian military to end the BHTs umbrage on Nigerians. Statements of such weight from elder statesmen like Atiku rather embolden remnants of the terrorists to feel some leaders of the country can make reference to their extinguished existence, even if innocuously.

From the political angle, those who desperately want Buhari's job in 2019 feel the only way to excite Nigerians is to lie about the prevalence of Boko Haram, in the country. But at the same time, the same characters fail to pinpoint to even the tinniest territory of Nigeria under the captivity of these criminal elements.

So, if some Nigerians, with ulterior motives have re-directed their energies to resurrect terrorism, by fighting Nigeria’s political leadership and the gallant Nigerian military in connivance with foreign interests, it amounts to disservice to the nation and Nigerians. But as they continue to unmask themselves and their agenda, their intentions do not escape the critical judgment of patriotic Nigerians.

One dares to say, the religious terrorists in the thick forests of the Northeast have long been defeated by the Nigerian military. The new faces of Boko Haram in Nigeria are the veiled sympathizers of the terror group. But as the adage goes, “evil can never triumph over good, forever.”

Trump vs Clinton: My Prophecy MISUNDERSTOOD - Prophet TB Joshua Breaks Silence

Trump vs Clinton: My Prophecy MISUNDERSTOOD - Prophet TB Joshua Breaks Silence

TB Joshua
The Head of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T.B Joshua, has insisted his prophecy about the winner of the 2016 US Elections was not off the mark.

Joshua had predicted that a woman would emerge victorious.

However, in an incredible twist, Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton at the polls, to become the 45th president of America.

Predictably, there was backlash and criticism over the ‘failure’ of his prophecy .

But during a service on Sunday at the headquarters of his church at Ikotun, Lagos, Prophet TB Joshua said, “there was nothing controversial about the prophecy. It is human beings that are controversial.”

He insisted his words were misinterpreted because ”we are not on the same level of spiritual understanding.”

His explanation was met with applause from the congregation.

Trump: I'll Not Tear My Green Card By Jan. 20th - Soyinka Issued Fresh Statement
Punch Newspaper - Prof. Wole Soyinka, the Nigerian nobel laureate, on Saturday, came hard on those asking him to tear his US Green Card as he vowed to do once billionaire businessman, Donald Trump, won the US presidential election.

Online commentators have been daring the revered playwright to carry out his threat which he reportedly made few days before the election since Trump had won.

But Soyinka, in a statement he signed titled, “Red card, green card– Notes towards the management of hysteria”, described the online commentators as “noisome creatures” whose ignorance resonates largely on whatever they comment on.

He said, “Let me end with a Red Card to those noisome creatures, the nattering nit-wits of Internet: maybe Trumpland is not as despicable as the Naijaland you impose on our reality from your secure cesspits of anonymity.

“Go back to school. Your problem is ignorance, ignorance of whatever subject you so readily comment upon. Learn to study your subject before opening up on issues beyond your grasp.

“Sometimes you make one feel like swapping one green for another, out of embarrassment for occupying the same national space as you.’’

Soyinka maintained that he would carry out his threat but not at a time fixed by his critics.

He said, ‘‘If it even becomes convenient to bring it forward, I intend to do so, but please don’t come at me with plaints of time imprecision.

“I never discussed it with you, nor invited you to a private decision whose execution was already in the making.

“Do not try to browbeat me. It’s a waste of time – all you have to do is immerse yourselves in my antecedents. It will not attempt to deal with the notion of an exit time-table as conceived by others.’’

The scholar-critic, who also narrated why he decided in the past to issue a ‘Red Card’ to countries such as Australia, China, South Africa and Cuba, added that the decision on his US green card made while addressing a group of students at Oxford University was not a public lecture.

WOMANIZING: Sen. Ben Bruce Taunts Obasanjo, Likens Him To US President-elect Trump

Like Obasanjo Like Trum
Senator Ben MurrayBruce, the lawmaker representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District  has likened erstwhile Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo to the United States President-elect, Donald Trump.

Trump won the US presidential election on Wednesday in an incredible victory.

The Senator said the two politicians have an insatiable taste for women, and beautiful ones at that.

On his Facebook page, the 60-year-old outspoken business magnate wrote: ‘Like Trump Like Obasanjo’.

“On the morning of Saturday the 20th of February, 2016, I was having breakfast at Eko Hotel with a friend of mine, Reno Omokri and one of the top Democratic Party strategists in the US and an argument ensued.

“Omokri said Trump would go all the way while the American said he was not going anywhere. I joined the conversation by saying that Trump is a phenomenon and no one knows how far he will go.

“Today, I sit here writing this piece pleasantly stunned that what the mainstream media, what the establishment and what the powers that be said could never happen has happened due to this phenomenal man’s belief in himself when others did not believe in him.

“I have met Donald Trump one on one before and what I clearly remember about him is that he is a White and younger version of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

“The two of them can be brash and outspoken but they always seem to come out on top by some sort of divine arrangement that makes whatever they do turn out for the best even if it began with controversy.

“More similarities between the duo is that they both undeniably have an insatiable taste for women and beautiful ones at that!

“Then again, they are both men who have succeeded in business and, even though they were political outsiders, they extended their business success to politics.

“And even though there is a lot of anxiety in the Black world and especially Nigeria, I believe that a Trump Presidency would be better for Africa and Nigeria than a Hillary administration.

“For one, Boko Haram are now afraid. Very afraid! This is a man that is not afraid to use the word radical Islamic terror and to declare to all who care to listen that he will be their nemesis.

“Nigeria needs such a partner!

“We are spending way too much of our resources on fighting terrorists. We need a big strong hand to help us fight them. A hand that will not be afraid to sell us weapons and will not make us grovel before it is willing to help us destroy our enemies who want to destroy us.

“But secondly and very importantly, Nigeria is an oil producing nation and though I believe that it is what is between the ears of our people that will make this nation great, we still need foreign exchange and Hillary’s plans for alternative energy was not going to see the price of oil go up anytime soon.

“But Trump won in Texas because the oil industry knows that they have a friend in him, and any friend of Texas big oil is a friend of Nigeria.

“And forget about all that talk about immigration reform. Trump will not stop Nigerians from entering the US. The US needs Nigerians more than Nigerians need the US.

“Without Nigerian healthcare professionals, the US health industry would collapse overnight. Neither Trump or Hillary wanted that.

“Trump’s rhetoric was directed more at Mexican immigrants because of the immediate threat posed to the US by illegal immigration from Mexico.

“Having said that, let me add that the last similarity between Trump and former President Obasanjo is that they both look not very intelligent, but their looks betray their vast knowledge and deep wisdom. You meet them and size them up by their looks and end up underestimating them.

“But when they reach into their reptilian brain and come out with strategies it becomes too late to do what you should have done.

“I am glad that Trump won and I cannot wait to see how he will change the world positively, but one thing is clear, any politician who underestimates the role of social media in the battle to win the hearts and minds of the people is a politician that is going the way of the dinosaurs.

“Social media and particularly Twitter was the weapon Trump used to fight the mainstream media. Social media is the ultimate form of democracy in that it gives the underdog a vehicle to amplify his or her voice against a biased media that wants to suppress it.”

Melania Trump: The First Nude Star To Become America’s First Lady
Punch Newspaper - On November 9, 2016, Donald Trump of the Republican Party surprised the world when he defeated Hillary Clinton of the Democratic Party to win the United States presidential election.

He will be formally sworn in as the 45th President of the US on January 20, 2017.

On the same day, his wife, Melania Trump, will assume the role of the First Lady of the US, becoming the first foreign-born woman to hold the position since Louisa Adams, the British-born wife of John Quincy Adams who served from 1825 to 1829.

The Office of the First Lady of the US is an entity of the White House Office, part of the Executive Office of the President.

The First Lady has her own staff that includes the Chief of Staff, White House Social Secretary, Press Secretary, White House Chief Floral Designer and White House Executive Chef.

Melania Trump: The First Nude Star To Become America’s First LadyMelania Trump: The First Nude Star To Become America’s First LadyMeanwhile, First Lady-designate Melania is in a way different from previous first ladies who had held the position: She is the only first lady to have posed nude.

Born on April 26, 1970 in Slovenia (formerly Yugoslavia), Melania is 46 — meaning that there is a 24-year age gap to her 70-year-old husband — she was raised by her Communist party member father, Viktor Knavs, who managed car dealerships for a state-owned vehicle manufacturer, and her mother, Amalija Ulnik, a pattern maker at a textile factory.

The First Lady-designate’s original name was Melanija Knavs, but she found fame as a model under the name, Melania Knauss.

After attending the Secondary School of Design and Photography in Ljubljana, the Slovenian capital, Melania enrolled in the University of Ljubljana, but dropped out a year later to pursue a career in modelling at the age of 16.

When she was 17, renowned fashion photographer, Stane Jerko, spotted her in Ljubljana as he left a fashion show and invited her for a trial photoshoot.

Her shoot with Jerko catapulted her into the spotlight, leading to a contract with an Italian modelling agency in Milan, Italy.

Since then, Melania has worked across Europe and has graced the world’s catwalks and magazines.

In 1995, Melania posed nude alongside for a French men’s monthly magazine. The “bombshell” photo set, obtained by the New York Post, shows her lying naked in a bed alongside Scandinavian model, Emma Eriksson.

Photographer Jarl Ale de Basseville, who took the pictures, said the images were “beauty and not porn,” adding, “I always loved women together because I have been with a lot of women who desired the menage a trois.”

An unnamed insider said Melania behaved “like a true professional” during the shoot and was “charming throughout.”

As a model, she has also appeared naked on the covers of British GQ magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Ocean Drive, In Style Weddings, New York Magazine, Avenue, Allure, Vanity Fair and Vogue.

She once told GQ, “My mum was in the fashion business. I was five years old when I did my first catwalk and did commercials at 16. I went professional after my studies. My mum loved fashion. We loved to travel and go to Italy and Paris.”

Melania reportedly arrived in the US on an H-1B visa which, through a quirk in immigration law, admits models as highly skilled workers alongside scientists and computer programmers.

Trump is a fierce critic of the scheme and has vowed to rail against the “rampant, widespread H-1B abuse.”

She got her green card in 2001, though, making her a US citizen.

Melania met her future husband Donald at a Fashion Week party in New York City in September 1998, while he was still married to, but separated from, Marla Maples.

Trump was there with Norwegian cosmetics heiress Celina Midelfart but made a beeline for Melania and asked for her number. But, because he had a date, she refused to give it to him — and instead asked the billionaire for his.

She said later, “If I give him my number, I’m just one of the women he calls. I wanted to see what his intention was. It tells you a lot from the man what kind of number he gives you. He gave me all of his numbers.”

A week later, Melania called him and they began seeing each other, only to break up for a few months when Trump toyed with the idea of running for the US President in 2000 as a member of the Reform Party.

In 2000, Melania also gave a rare joint -interview with Donald to TV personalty, Howard Stern, telling the shocked jock, “We have incredible sex at least once a day.” Trump then boasted about how hot Melania looked in “a very small thong.”

Married twice before, Trump proposed at the glitzy Costume Institute Gala in New York and they married in January 2005 at The Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida.

The reception was even attended by Hillary Clinton and her former President husband, Bill.

Melania gave birth to the couple’s only child, Barron William Trump, in 2006.

Melania, who speaks six languages fluently — Serbian/Croatian, English, French, Italian, German, and her native Slovenian — had in a campaign speech just five days before the election, outlined her vision for what her role would be in the White House if she were to become First Lady, saying she would work to combat a culture on social media that has become “too mean and too tough” and which is filled with insults based on “looks and intelligence.”

When asked by The New York Times in 1999 what her role would be if Donald Trump were to become president, she replied, “I would be very traditional. Like Betty Ford or Jackie Kennedy. I would support him.”

Obama, FBI "Plotted' My Defeat - Clinton Reveals As She Cried Uncontrollably After Lost

Hillary Clinton
New revelations about what happened after Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump in the US presidential elections have emerged.

It has been revealed that after she lost to Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton cried profusely and spoke incoherently in tears to a friend.

The revelation was made by American author, Ed Klein, who is a close ally of Clinton.

Klein made the revelation when he joined Steve Malzberg for an interview on Newsmax TV on Wednesday after Donald Trump shocked the world by winning the US presidency in his first ever political race.

Klein said Hillary Clinton called a friend and couldn’t stop crying.

She blamed FBI Director Comey and Barack Obama for the loss.

Ed Klein said: “Here’s what I know, not my opinion. About 6:30 this morning she called an old friend. She was crying inconsolably. She couldn’t stop crying. And her friend, her female friend from way, way back said it was even hard to understand what she was saying she was crying so hard. This is Hillary we’re talking about. Eventually her friend said she could make out that she was blaming James Comey, the Director of the FBI, for her loss, and, I don’t understand exactly, the president of the United States for not doing enough.”

Who Would Save Americans From America?, By Goke Butika

Hillary Trump
America has done it again. The union that prides itself as the exemplar of free world has elected a controversial candidate who is largely perceived as indecent bigot representing everything that is unpresidential, Donald Trump, and people across the globe fear for what the future holds for the world called superpower America.

Of course, I monitored what transpired right from the word go, and owned up to the fact that I preferred Hilary Clinton, and my opinion of how the election would go, was buoyed up by the American media and polls, but I must say that I began to question my formed opinion when the Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Comey came out that his bureau would reopen investigation of Clinton email saga. No sooner the pronouncement was made than the race became tight, but I saw more than that.

I have carefully perused through history of American presidential elections through information obtained on YouTube and other internet organs from America library, and I found reason why America and Israel must bond for life. They both have in their DNA, the craving from change-from bad to good or from good to bad. So, the ancient history of Jews and Moses with scriptural journey of 40 years speaks volume of aesthetic of American democracy.

After George Walker Bush presidency had brought the America into senseless wars in the middle East all in the pretense of looking for one man, Osama bin Laden groomed and trained by the same America to fight and dislodge Soviet Union from Afghanistan, a situation that dragged the country into terrible recession and job losses, the population united in grief and pain to seek alternative, which was democrat candidate, because the ideological wavelength of the party is known for economic repair and social social engineering. Fortunately, the party presented in 2008, a black candidate who is polished, suave and intelligent. He was coming from the core of the masses; he knew people were yearning for hope, and he became merchant of hope; he knew people were tired of war, he promised to suspend war; he knew America was in trouble with Muslim world, and that the country faced bleak future with terrorism given its carriage in Iraq, Afghanistan and others, and he promised to mend fence with the Muslim world. Barack Obama's message resonated with the people, and became a face of American dream instantly.

Close to eight years of economic rebounding, improved job provision, extermination of the alleged terror merchant, Osama bin Laden, terror attack free, and "human face" of America, the large segment of the population-call them white supremacists, racists or anti-establishment, if you like,  were tired of Democrat; they love Vladimir Putin of Russia who is perceived as the strongman; they were fed up with Obama polished image and gentlemanliness. And the people who were yet to feel the hope Obama promised eight years ago would not want to hear more of patience, and they could not endure Clinton presidency considered to be a continuation of Obama system. So, Trump saw those things, and keyed into the message.

Yes, he is perceived as sexist, bigot, racist and divisive figure, but Trump's message against the establishment and his posture as 'macho man' appeal to the disenchanted population. Besides, his scare mongering rhetoric works, because the affected demographics in the country refused to vote en mass, and before they say jack, Trump has won the electoral college, even if Clinton has won the popular vote. Here come the President-elect Trump.

Those who will be at the receiving end of Trump presidency should accept my sympathy in advance, but one thing must be taken away from this election-man as a social being is unpredictable, and I must say Karl Marx won in his argument when he said the forces of production, mode of production and exchange which configure social structure determine what obtains in the superstructure-theories (electoral polls and media), history, philosophy and politics.

I think the bookmakers have been brought to disrepute in this election, but the people of each country of the world should take their collective destiny into their hands, and elect leaders they deserve; that is the only way the Trump wall could be meaningless, because Americans could not even save themselves from the conspiracy theories of America at the hour of need and I pity the poor countries looking unto America for help.

Butika is an intercontinental exposure.

"I'm Encouraged" - Obama Says After 90 Minutes Closed Door Meeting with Trump; Here's What They Discussed

"I'm Encouraged" - Obama Says After 90 Minutes Closed Door Meeting with Trump; Here's What They Discussed

US President-elect Donald Trump and President Obama
President-elect Donald Trump said yesterday it was a “great honour” to meet United States President Barack Obama for transition talks at the White House.

Obama said he was “encouraged” by their “excellent” and “wide-ranging” conversation, which lasted for about 90 minutes..

Trump had questioned Obama’s US citizenship and vowed to dismantle his legacy.

During the campaign, Obama called Trump “uniquely unqualified”.

The businessman also called Obama “the worst president in the history of the United States

However, Obama said he was “rooting” for him after his shock defeat of Hillary Clinton.

After their meeting at the White House, Obama said: “My number one priority in the coming two months is to try to facilitate a transition that ensures our president-elect is successful.”

He said they had discussed domestic and foreign policy and he had been “very encouraged” by Trump’s interest in working with his team on issues facing the U.S.

Trump said he would “very much look forward” to interacting with President Obama in future

“I have great respect, the meeting lasted for almost an hour and a half, and it could’ve, as far as I’m concerned, it could’ve gone on for a lot longer,” the president-elect said.

“We discussed a lot of different situations – some wonderful and some difficulties.”

Trump, who said he had never met Obama, called him a good man and said the two had discussed both “wonderful” things and the “difficult” challenges the country was facing.

On Wednesday, thousands took to the streets of major US cities denouncing Mr Trump after his shock defeat of Hillary Clinton.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest has insisted Obama is sincere about ensuring a smooth handover.

With the Republicans now holding a majority in both chambers of the US Congress, Mr Trump can more easily target key Obama initiatives like such as his healthcare reforms.

The president-elect’s transition team for the 10-week period until inauguration will be led by Chris Christie, Governor of New Jersey.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani is a leading contender to serve as attorney general and Representative Michael McCaul of Texas, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, is a top choice for Homeland Security secretary, according to people familiar with the matter. Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama is interested in serving as defense secretary, the people said.

Mr Trump, who has never held elected office, has said his immediate priorities will be restoring the country’s infrastructure and doubling its economic growth

Trump flew from New York on his private jet and landed at Reagan National Airport, just outside the nation’s capital.

The president-elect was accompanied by his wife, Melania, who had a meeting with First Lady Michelle Obama.

His motorcade arrived at the White House’s South Lawn, where reporters weren’t able to observe the two men greeting each other, shortly before 11 a.m. New York time.

White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough was seen walking with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, a close adviser to the president-elect, on the South Lawn while Obama and Trump met. Obama and Trump met alone but posed for photographs with a handful of senior aides after the meeting.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters the meeting was “robust” and “valuable.”

“It is no secret that the president-elect and I have some pretty significant differences,” Obama said in the Rose Garden on Wednesday. “But remember, eight years ago, President Bush and I had some pretty significant differences.”

Obama said he had told his “team to follow the example that President Bush’s team set eight years ago, and work as hard as we can to make sure that this is a successful transition for the president-elect.”

Trump didn’t mention Obama in his victory speech early Wednesday. He called for unity, saying, “It’s time for America to bind the wounds of division.”

“I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all Americans,” Trump said.

Neither man has addressed post-election protests in several major cities, including New York and Washington, where demonstrators have criticized Trump’s inflammatory rhetoric about African-Americans, Latinos, women, and Muslims.

God made Clinton lose, she wanted to edit the Bible - Okupe

doyin okupe
Doyin Okupe, former special adviser to former president Goodluck Jonathan, says Hillary Clinton lost the US presidential race because she wanted to edit the Bible.

Okupe, who quoted many verses of the Bible in celebration of a Donald Trump win as the 45th president of the US,  said “the Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought, He maketh the devices of the people of non effect. The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever”.

“Trump contested against the entire american establishment, against virtually all the mainstream media, against all the living past american presidents, against majority of world leaders including the current american president, and the celebrated Clinton machinery, and he won! Only God can do this,” Okupe said.

“Ps 2 vs 1,2,4 says ‘why do the people rage, and nations imagine a vain thing. The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and His annointed,. He that sitteth in heavens shall laugh, the Lord shall have them in derision’.

“Hilary Clinton, her husband Bill and the Democrats are the protagonists of liberalism in america. They encourage homosexuality, same sex marriage and all sorts of societal immorality in the USA.”

Okupe alleged that Hillary wanted to edit the Bible to accommodate current social realities, which he said led to her downfall.

“To make matters worse in July this year Hilarry publicly stated that, the words of the Bible (the Word of God) be changed to accommodate ‘current’ social realities.

“What a blasphemy against Jehovah, the maker and ruler of the universe, the God of all flesh, the only living and Supreme God. The bible says ‘the word of God is settled’ how can we imagine that God will allow someone who will change His word to have power! Vanity and nothing short of vanity.

“The events of today is a robust testimony to all, christian and non Christians, about the awesomeness of this God, who has ridiculed all the so called Principalities and Powers of the world and has used the foolish things of this world to confound the wise men of the world.

“God is going to usher in a new order in the world and its affairs. Only the righteous will prevail. For this historic victory, of a man with no experience in politics or public or military service, We give ALL Glory to the Almighty God and His Son Jesus Christ to whom all honour, praise and adoration, is due.”
