Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has become the latest high-profile political figure to talk with President Muhammadu Buhari, since he left for the UK on vacation.
Buhari called Ganduje during a special prayer session for the President, organized at the Government House in Kano.
This was confirmed by the Governor’s Personal Assistant on Media and Communication, Salihu Tanko Yakasai, on Twitter.
He wrote: “H.E @GovUmarGanduje just spoke to H.E @MBuhari on the phone live during a special prayer session at the government house Kano.
“H.E @MBuhari was on speaker phone and thanked H.E @GovUmarGanduje & the people of Kano for the prayers & said he is much better now.”
