Fayose's 7 Multi-billion Naira Houses EXPOSED; How EFCC Used The Gov's Woman Ally To Trap Aide, Agbele
News Proof 4.7.16 No comments Edit Post
More facts have begun to surface on how the Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Ayodele Fayose acquired properties from the slush fund allegedly got from the former National Security Adviser to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Colonel Sambo Dasuki.
The Eagle Online reports suggests that no fewer than seven houses have allegedly been purchased by Governor Ayo Fayose since he returned to power in 2014, sources close to the investigation of the Ekiti State helmsman have revealed.
And some of them, including one worth N1.2 billion in Lagos State, were said to have had their transactions handled for Fayose by his close ally, Abiodun Agbele, who is popularly called Abbey.
Agbele was arrested on June 27 by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
It was learnt that Agbele’s arrest was facilitated by a socialite Lagos-based lady, who is close to Fayose and simply identified as Oyin, when he went to pick up the papers for the N1.2 billion house located on Victoria Island.
The documents were meant to be altered so they do not read Fayose’s name again.
However, when Agbele got to the office of Oyin, whose business name is said to be “Safe Haven”, the lady kept him waiting until operatives of the EFCC, whom she had informed of his presence by telephone, arrived.
It was gathered that the EFCC had also closed in on Oyin over some of the Fayose deals and the only saving grace for her was to deliver Agbele to the anti-graft agency.
Oyin allegedly facilitated the purchase of the Victoria Island property, TheEagleOnline reports
#EkitiGate: How Fayose, Obanikoro Used Me To Launder Billions - Agbele Open Up At EFCC Cell
News Proof 3.7.16 No comments Edit Post
Abiodun Agbele (a.k.a Abbey), an aide to Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, has started telling investigators how he was used by the governor and former Minister of State for Defence, Mr. Musiliu Obanikoro, to launder huge sums of money from of the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) between 2014 and 2015.
Agbele, who is currently detained by the Economic and Financial crimes Commissions (EFCC), began reeling out details of the laundered cash after the EFCC secured a court order to keep him in detention until the completion its investigations.
He was arrested last Wednesday in respect of his alleged role in the diversion of N4.745billion of the $2. 1billion arms funds to Obanikoro and Fayose.
According to The Nation Newspaper, the money was sourced from the SAS Imprest Account of the ONSA under Col. Sambo Dasuki, immediate past NSA, before the 2014 governorship election in Ekiti State. Of the sum, about N1.219billion was transferred to Fayose through Agbele and a company De Privateer Limited, which is owned by him. The ONSA allegedly wired the N4.745billion via Sylvan Mcnamara Limited, a phony company run by former Obanikoro and his sons.
According to the report, the N1, 219 billion, which was flown as cash in an aircraft air through Akure Airport, was not deposited in any account. It was kept in a vault at a Zenith Bank branch and took the bank officials about 10 days to count. The bankers refused to make entry until it was counted,
After confirming the figure, reported The Nation, Agbele coordinated the disbursement of the funds.
On June 26, 2014, according to the paper, Agbele paid N137million into Fayose’s account 10003126654 with Zenith Bank through Teller-0556814.
Fayose’s BVN on the teller is 22338867502.
"On August 22, 2014, he paid N50million into the same account.
By the records from the bank, Abiodun Agbele paid another N118, 760,000 into Fayose’s account on 27/8/14. “Based on the transfers, Fayose moved N300million to a Fixed Deposit Account No 9013074033 with Zenith Bank at 15, Olusola Abiona Street, Olorunda Estate, Alapere Ketu. He has the same BVN-22338867502.
“After that, Abiodun deposited another N100million from the N1, 219, 490,000 into Spotless Hotel Account run by Fayose and his wife, Helen Olayemi Fayose with Account No. 1010170969, Fayose’s BVN is 223338867502 and his wife’s BVN in the account is 22298990256.
“The governor and his wife are the two directors and signatories of Spotless Hotel account,” reported The Nation.
The EFCC also discovered De Privateer Limited, owned by Agbele, with Account No. 1013835889, received N219, 490,000 on June 18, 2014. The next day, the same account received N300million and another N200million on June 23, 2014. The BVN on the account is 22235692890.
Former deputy governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The erstwhile gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was picked up earlier this morning in Abuja and has since been in the custodys of the anti-graft agencies facing interrogation for his role in the Ekiti election funding fraud that brought Ayodele Fayose into office.
EFCC sources disclosed to Daily Trust that Omisore is being quizzed at the Abuja head office of the anti-graft commission to explain allegations of financial crimes leveled against him.
It was also learnt that the Abuja resident of the former Deputy Governor was raided by EFCC agents Sunday morning before his arrest was effected.
The EFCC had around 24th May 2016 obtained a court warrant to arrest Omisore, who had failed to honour an EFCC invitation. The EFCC consequently declared Omisore wanted shortly after obtaining the court warrant.
The spokesman of the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren had stated that Omisore was wanted in connection with a case of receiving and misappropriating the sum of over N700 million from the Office of the National Security Adviser, between June and November, 2014.
He stated that Omisore was being elusive and refused to report to the Commission after invitation was extended to him on April 7, 2016 requesting him “to come and make clarification on the ongoing investigation”.
Instead of responding to the Commission’s investigation Omisore had approached the Federal Capital Territory High Court for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights, Uwujaren stated.
However Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf consequently ordered that Omisore should only be arrested through a due and legal process, Uwujaren said.
According to a report by Sahara Reporters, the Senator received over N1.3billion from funds pilfered from the office of the National Security Adviser to fund and rig Governor Ayodele Fayose into office in 2014.
An Honest President Without School Cert Better Than Fraudulent One With Doctorate Degree - Princess Jegede
News Proof 3.7.16 No comments Edit Post“Buhari is a sincere leader. Buhari is an epitome of transparency. Buhari is a very honest statesman, so what is this noise about him having a secondary school certificate or not?”
This was the question an Abuja (Nigeria’s FederalCapital city) based international business woman and fabric merchant, Princess Bunmi Jegede threw up early in the week over the raging allegation that President Muhammad Buhari has no WASC School Leaving Certificate which is said to be a basic neccessity in the constituion for anybody aimimg to rule Nigeria. The case which was instituted by a lawyer, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe was droped some 48 hours ago but the heat generated by the suit has continued un-abated.
The Iwaraja-Ilesa-Osun State (South Western Nigeria) born Princess Bunmi Jegede expressed her disatisfaction over the inability of Nigerians to see the goodness in President Buhari’s leadership atributes rather than certificate. Speaking to a group of business women who visited her Asokoro Abuja residence early in the week Princess Jegede said “I think it is the heigh of insensitivity for someone to start harrassing Mr. President over one useless certificate issue that does not amount to capacity building or anything near good leadership skills. What is in a certificate compared to Mr. President’s good intention and leadership ability?” Princess Jegede asked.
The founder of Honey Bee Textiles Ltd warned Nigerians not to make the mistake of using a small portion of fart to mess up the beauty of their buttocks “I want to tell Nigerians that we are very lucky to have President Mohammad Buhari leading this country at this material time and we must be grateful to God for this opportunity. Buhari has been a responsible statesman and soldier in the last 5 decades of his life. He has managed bigger positions and very rigorious assignments and he didn’t falter. He was a former Governor of the Northern Eastern States of Nigeria; he was a former minister of Petroleum resources in this country. And history has it that it was during his tenure as minister of petroleum that Nigeria took the good decision to build three refineries. Did he do that with the intellect of a school leaving certificate or with that of a talented administrator?” Princess Jegede asked.
“Durimg his campaign, we told you that even if President Buhari presents a toilet paper as his certificate, we will vote for him. If he presents just his NEPA bill, we will vote hm and that is what we did. So, what is the stress all about?”

Princess Bunmi Jegede |
She spoke further on the good qualities of President Buhari “I am sure we all know that this man has no any other credibility than his spartan virtues and his deep hatred for corruption. Between 1983 and 1985, he tranformed the national psyche of Nigerians with his War Against Indiscipline concept. He and his partner, the late General Tunde Idiagbon did a transformation that was second to none in the history of Nigeria. For the first time in the history of Nigeria, we had people behaved well and conducted themselves transparently. Did he achieve that with a school leaving certificate? Somebody should answer that question. Today he is back, not by his own power but by the power of God. He has successfu help Nigeria to retrieve a large portion of our stolen wealth from all nooks and crannies of Nigeria and he is taking bold steps to retrieve the ones abroad. President Buhari has taken a deep passion in returning normalcy to public life. Can you imagine the level of atrocities commited by people in government during the last regime of President Jonathan? A minster of Petroleum stole our wealth so blind to the extent that we are hearing that she has returned N90 billion naira. Do you know what N90 billion can do to our education sector alone? Do you know what N90 billion will do to skills arquisition program and employement schemes across States? I think those who are asking for Mr. President’s school leaving certificate at this critical moment of our history are confused”
Princess Bunmi Jedege who has a degree in Sociology from the University of Abuja listed some of the reasons why Nigerians must allow President Buhari to continue “I think Nigerians should go and start studying their leaders. A man who does not have School Certificate and wouln’t steal your common wealth is better than a man who has doctorate degree and will loot your common wealth with reckless abandon. The last man who ruled us was a doctorate degree holder but see the way he used his degree to loot and stole Nigeria’s common wealth. He nearly sold our country off to the winds if not for the miracle of March 28, 2015 when Nigerians jointly said NO to his regime of mass loot. So, if we have appointed a man who can change our destiny for good, why do we start castigating him over an irrelevant issue like school leaving certificate?. Our people make laugh at times; is good leadership about school leaving certificates? What certificate did Moses posses in the Bible before he could lead the israelites out of Egypt? Did anyone asked Moses for his certificate to be able to take the Israelites across the red sea? I think people raising issue on this School Cert thing are blind and hungry. You know it is a double trajedy to be blind and at the same time hungry. It is never a good experience”
The International business woman and enthusiast of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) urged Nigerians to continue to support President Buhari as his leadership promises great reward for Nigeria and Nigerians in the long run “He (Buhari) is the only leader that can help us regain our sanity and that he is doing gradually. With him I can see a new Nigeria filled with great hope and opportunities; a Nigeria that will be socially and economically stable as the United States of America where the young ones are catered for through several welfare schemes and senior citizens through several pension schemes that will make them live longer. Under Goodluck Jonathan, a civil servant (Maina) looted billions of senior citizen’s pension and ran away with it yet Jonathan has a doctorate degree but a man who does not have a doctorate degree is now chassing the looters and recovering our loots and yet we are raising dust over one useless paper called WASC or whatever you call it. Durimg his campaign, we told you that even if President Buhari presents a toilet paper as his certificate, we will vote for him. If he presents just his NEPA bill, we will vote hm and that is what we did. So, what is the stress all about?”
“ I don’t want to say Nigerians are ungrateful people because I am equally a Nigerian but all I will say is that we should mind our emotions. Things could be worse for the economy now, but tell me, how do you change something without that thing going through the process of change?. Even if you want to lose a mass of weight from your body you will go through some tough moments before you can achieve good health. Nigeria as a country is shedding her old weight of corruption and bad governance and that is the reason why we are moaning. Trust me, President Buhari has more than enough capacity to change the fortune of this country. He has the right sense of leadership. He has the right team to work with. He has the sheer determination to see things change and with his present reforms in the political sector, his anti-corrupton war, we have no reason to panic as the future is bright for Nigerians”.
Princess Jegede gave a final word to Nigerian women “I encourage all women in Nigeria, no matter the hardship in the land, please, pray for this president. You might not have this opportunity again in a very long while. Since we have it now, let us protect it. Let us value it. Let us admire it. Let us cherish it and Nigeria will be a great nation again. Not for us alone but for our children and entire household” Jegede concluded.

BREAKING: EFCC Names GEJ Female Minister Whose Housemaid Account Contains Stolen N2.5b
News Proof 3.7.16 No comments Edit Post
Agents of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have discovered the sum of N2.5 billion in a bank account opened in the name of a housemaid to former Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, who is now a senator representing Anambra State in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Two senior EFCC sources told our correspondent that the bank account and its huge deposits had been opened and operated without the knowledge of the former minister’s housemaid. “Senator Oduah apparently opened the account with her housemaid’s name, image, and details without the housemaid knowing about it,” said one EFCC agent familiar with the scandal.
Another EFCC source told SaharaReporters that Ms. Oduah had been going around to some top officials of the Muhammadu Buhari administration seeking their help to scuttle her impending trial. Last week, she asked for a meeting with EFCC chairman Ibrahim Magu, claiming she wanted to meet in her official capacity as a senator.
The two EFCC sources who briefed our correspondent on the “housemaid” account disclosed that Ms. Oduah was the sole signatory to the account, adding that they were still connecting the dots to uncover how the ex-Aviation Minister managed to pull off such a money laundering operation.
“As of last week, the account was still active and contained over N2.5 billion,” said one EFCC source. He added that he could not ascertain whether the EFCC chairman, who is currently traveling in Saudi Arabia for lesser hajj, had ordered the freezing of the account.
One of our EFCC sources revealed that the discovery of the “maid” account meant that the former minister must have stolen as much as N5.6 billion so far from the Aviation Ministry’s funds during her ministerial term.
SaharaReporters had revealed in earlier reports that EFCC investigators had so far determined that Ms. Oduah split N3.6 billion that she acquired illegally among eight companies.
In August 2015, Ms. Oduah filed an application at a Federal High Court to stop the EFCC from investigating allegations that she bought two ostensibly bulletproof BMW cars at $1.6 million, or $800,000 apiece. A controversial judge, Justice Mohammed Yunusa, initially granted the order sought by Senator Oduah. However, in February 2016, after Justice Yunusa was transferred out of Lagos, another federal high court judge vacated the order, permitting the EFCC to carry on with its investigation.
SaharaReporters had broken the report about the BMW scam during Ms. Oduah’s ministerial tenure. Several BMW dealers in Europe and North America told our reporters that what the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) paid for the two BMW cars far exceeded the price ranges for such bulletproof automobiles.
Ms. Oduah is a close ally of embattled Senate President Bukola Saraki, who is the defendant in two criminal trials in Abuja pertaining to forgery and false declaration of assets.

Mr. Malami through in a statement issues and signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. COMRADE SALIHU OTHMAN ISAH, express his dissatisfaction for dragging him to the Abia State conundrum.
He particular accused some session of the media for supporting and helping peddle what he described as " the insinuations and crass lies".
He statement read:
"The attention of the Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice has been drawn to the insinuations and crass lies being peddled and disseminated by a cross-section of Nigerians and the various media platforms that the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation is behind the legal logjam over the Abia state governorship seat and wish to clarify that those canvassing this position have no basis to do so."
"Of particular concern are those who have peddled ill-natured rumours with a view to misinform our discerning populace that the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and by extension, the Federal Government of Nigeria that gave directives to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue Certificate of Return to Dr. Uchechukwu Ogah declaring him Governor-Elect. He has definitely not taken any action either by spoken words or body language as far as this Abia governorship crisis is concerned."
"I wish to therefore, on behalf of my principal declare that these rumours are untrue and a figment of the imagination of those pushing these selfish, shameless and irredeemable lies into public space which only translates to partisanship on the side of its purveyors."
"As far as the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation is concerned, the constitutional powers for the legal opinion of his office have not been invoked on this issue. So far, nobody has approached him to proffer any legal opinion to it. As a strong believer in the rule of law, it is his belief that the law should naturally take its cause. They should desist from these unwarranted presumptions henceforth."
Mr. Ogah said Mr. Ikpeazu had defaulted on his taxes, adding that he submitted fraudulent tax documents to qualify as a candidate in the primaries.
In a verdict delivered by Abang Okon, the FHC in Abuja found Mr. Ikpeazu guilty of the charges and ordered INEC to issue a certificate of return to Mr. Ogah to pave way for his swearing-in.
Mr. Ikpeazu appealed the judgment and notified INEC of the development.
But the electoral umpire went ahead to execute the order of the court, saying it never received any notice of appeal from Mr. Ikpeazu.
Soon as he was in receipt of his certificate of return, Mr. Ogah embarked on a journey to Umuahia, the state capital, to prepare grounds for his swearing-in on Friday.
But while on his way, Mr. Ogah received notifications that Mr. Ikpeazu had secured an injunction from an Abia State high court stopping the Chief Judge of the State, the President of the Customary Court of Appeal and any other judicial officer from swearing in Mr. Ogah as governor.
Mr. Ikpeazu also declared a public holiday for Friday and Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday had already been declared public holidays by the federal government.
Mr. Ogah’s efforts to get sworn-in as governor on Friday morning was thwarted by the absence of the state’s Chief Judge, Theresa Uzoukwu.
Also on Friday morning, INEC finally acknowleged it is in possession of a notice of appeal from Mr. Ikpeazu, but said it did not include a notice of stay-of-execution order from the court.
The uncertainties prompted the police to intensify security activities across the state, its spokesperson said.
Don Awunah, the newly-appointed Force Public Relations Officer, said the police were on the ground to ensure that a peaceful atmosphere is maintained.
More Hard Time Looms As PENGASAN Sets To Resume Strike on Wednesday, Accused Kachikwu Of...
News Proof 3.7.16 No comments Edit Post
New Telegraph - Barring any last-minute agreement, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASAN) will embark on an indefinite strike action on Wednesday, in order to protest the way and manner the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, has been running the oil sector since assuming office.
It was learnt that the National Leadership of PENGASAN met in Kaduna yesterday to strategise on how to prosecute a successful all out strike immediately after the Sallah holiday.
According to an insider, senior Staff of the petroleum sector are particularly angry with Dr. Kachikwu over Federal Government’s failure to fund its Joint Venture Companies (JVC) with multinational oil companies.
The source told our correspondent, “Already, the multi nationals are threatening to lay off staff and this will affect our members mostly. You will recall that we had embarked on a warning strike sometimes back but the issues have not been addressed.”
The source, who doesn’t want to be named, accused the Minister of running a “one man show “as he doesn’t consult anyone regarding how the oil sector should operate.
“The management style of Kachikwu has pitched him against most senior Staff and experts in the Industry,” the source said. Our correspondent also learnt that the Minister’s decision to transfer all the management staff of PPMC to Abuja since last year, has been another source of friction between Kachikwu and PENGASAN.
“The management staff of PPMC are redundant in Abuja because they have nothing to do, having been deployed there without any clear cut reason for doing so,” he added.
He pointed out that although citizens will be faced with another round of fuel scarcity, it has become necessary to embark on the strike in order to save the industry from collapse, owing to Kachikwu’s alleged high handedness.
According to him, the strike is a necessary inconvenience which will highlight the problems in the oil sector, contrary to what the Minister is making the government to believe. As at the time of filing this report, the National leadership of PENGASAN was still meeting at its secretariat along Constitution Road, Kaduna.
