Jubilation As Appeal Court Affirms Deputy Senate President, Ọmọ-A gege

Jubilation rented the air in Delta State as Court of Appeal sitting in Beinn affirmed the election of the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Ọmọ-A gege of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
The Appeal Court held that Ọmọ-A gege was duly elected candidate of his party and was elected as the winner of the poll conducted by the independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Speaking to the our correspondent on phone, Comrade Ode Williams Aminugo, a Special Assistant to the Deputy Senate President on media commended the appeal court for upholding the victory of his boss, who he described as "supersonic DSP Senator Ovie Omo Agege, the Obarisi of Africa"
The opposition party has approached the tribunal and the appeal court of his victory.
Ode, however, dedicated the victory to the Almighty God and good people of Delta Central and Nigeria at Large.
